And download reshade setup from  http://reshade.me/ 

Installation

Download all the files

Open reshade setup

select game \Assassins Creed Revelation\ACRSP.exe

select Directx D3D9

select all effect packages and download

after that extract    REVELATION.zip to \Assassins Creed Revelation\  folder

Once you do that simply start  Texmod.exe.

Tagsow browse acrsp.exe from top where you will see a folder icon Now you will see another folder icon in the middle Now browse from   Now Select (  Assassins Creed Revelation.tpf) and Click Run 

Because of high texture it will take some times but for low PC with HDD it will take up to a minute.

open game and press home

select REVELATION.ini from top menu

enjoy

NOTE 2 : YOU MIGHT FACE MXAO ISSUE LIKE YOU CAN SEE THINGS THROW PLAYER. TO FIX THIS ISSUE Check 0x258EE520 from DX9 tab on Reshade Menu
