where exactly is the TPF file?

Seth

also, I'm not getting a bloom effect in dark areas, and I keep getting "rtgi failed to compile" whenever I check the ReShade menu.

Seb

Im having trouble finding the TPF file as well and sadly the video didn't help much

Seb

My apologies, i didn't notice there was an updated post

Everything seems to work, but I still can't get those textures. Is there a separate download for them?

ktmx

Link not working?

B R

The link does work. I used texmod to open game with that .tpf file, but my textures aren't as high as the one in the picture above or in your videos. The game looks great, but when I aim, I can see the helmet is blurry, unlike yours. Am I doing something wrong?

smackEMups

i literally have no clue where to even start. i just got a pc and im having trouble figuring out how to unzip/ copy files into deadspace/ alll of it. i am very confused. do you have a step by step video? maybe a discord?

smackEMups

im not even sure how to install the reshade as d3d9

smackEMups

im not even sure which file is the reshade :((((((

smackEMups

i bought deadspace off of steam. and the only file i can find of it is deadspace.url.... im not sure where to locate deadspace.exe .. anytime i try to import deadspace.exe, it tells me "catastrophic failure"

smackEMups

also, the textmod version listed, doesnt have a "run" button

Wyatt Arens

When you say install RTGI what does that mean exactly. When I download RTGI It has 2 folders

ktmx

Texture and shader folder right? Put both of them in reshade_shaders folder.

Bootie

wait really I have to pay to unlock this post, and then pay again to get all the files I need to actually use the mod?

Uncle Rusty

Yep, your money is actually probably better spent funding Paschal Gilcher who actually created the RTGI ray tracing shader. Although KTMX at least has an HD texture pack, but as far as enabling ray tracing you could just tweak the settings yourself within ReShade as opposed to paying a YouTuber for their specific settings. Personally I just subbed for the texture pack.

AstroThaDragon

May I ask what settings on the Reshade Menu you put on that are recommended? Maybe send a photo, if that's okay. There's so many options that it confuses me
