Or
Open reshade-setup, select AssassinsCreed_Dx9.exe.
Select Directx9.
Select all effects and install.
Copy all.ini from WithoutRTGI.zip and paste in your game directory (\Assassins Creed).
Open Texmod.
Click on large folder icon, browse AssassinsCreed_Dx9.exe.
Click on smaller folder icon in the middle and select AC1.tpf
Run
Press Home to open reshade menu.
Select presets from preset tab.
Go to D3D9 option and select the box shown in the picture below.
Play.
