BTW they're from same company as KARD and they appeared in one of BOBBY's show ep when he was looking for some artist to collab with definetly worth checking it out!!

I'm not super familiar with a rap genre, but this song reminds me a lot of British rap.

I have recently found out all answers needed to explain, why this group is SO heavy hip hop. I’ll keep that for my comment under the last reaction to them. Here I’ll only mention that the b-side from the debut mini album is called “Posse Up!” and this with all those features is called “YOUNG Posse Up”, therefore it is a remix with those rappers being added to that. The choreography version is confusing, I feel like they have the title there wrong. Or maybe they kept the title to make people click on that, since the remix was released as a digital single before their second mini album XXL. Like… not that many people would be interested to click on a choreography video to a b-side released months ago, so they might have chosen the same title as for the remix to make people interested

7:52 - As I said in your MV reaction, they feel like a hip hop group treated like a Kpop group/being thown to the Kpop scene (basically 1TYM) and that is something which has not been here for a long time!

The biggest shareholder of DSP is RBW entertainment (Mamamoo, Oneus, Onewe, Purple Kiss) and RBW is actually known for their support of listening to their artist and their fans (people wanted a rock version of Oneus “Valkyrie” and they actually put it on one of their albums). That’s why I think they can get a lot of creative freedom. so the ceo/producer of their company is Kiggen. He was a rapper/songwriter/producer and was in Phantom with Hanhae. He actually is songwriting partners with Verbal Jint (amongst others) which is prob how he got VJ to appear on this
