Loved the reaction can’t wait for the documentary reaction. I loved the series and hope there will be a volume 2.

This album is fantastic 🫶🏻 Will you react to Jungkook’s showcase someday?

The insight of “hope exists because of the presence of darkness” was such an amazing observation! I had wondered at the inclusion of What If and your comment answered it! It makes so much sense once I heard your comment! Thanks for another insightful album review!!

This album is really good and very J Hope. His songs are very well crafted not only on the production but the lyrics as well. I appreciate the introspectiveness and the hint of nostalgia that a lot of his songs give us. Loved the reaction!

I think this album should definitely need to be considered for a Grammy, the production and quality is another level. It’s very funny but when you hear RM new album which is a complete opposite to this one, very experimental but the quality it’s as high as this, so also I think is very potential for a Grammy, because it’s that kind of weird album that Grammys love 😂, very Tyler the creator, frank ocean inspire

I'm not sure if you know this but each song on this album was made to fit a specific type of dance and lyrically, each song fits the theme of an episode of his docu-series "Hope On The Street." I Wonder was his popping song for his Osaka episode, I Don't Know was his house song for his Paris episode, Lock/Unlock was his locking song for his Tokyo episode, Neuron was his song for his Dance Crew Neuron whom he returns to dance with in his Gwangju episode, etc. And each song was explored thematically in its respective episode. I'm always so impressed at the web of details he puts into his projects. The creativity and thought process is just next level.

I just really agree with everything you said. j-hope has this drive, this authenticity, this MISSION, and the goods to back it all up. He has a recognizable brand but he's also not afraid to push himself and surprise and challenge fans. He's such an exciting artist to follow because he delivers over and over and it all feels so meaningful. He's got a great ear for melodies and beats and excellent rap skill and, you're right, there's a different feel as a hip hop dancer that adds another color and dimension to work. I've always enjoyed his solo stuff but I've just become so impressed and enamored with him as an artist over Chapter 2. I hope he gets to keep exploring his individual artistry even when BTS is all together again. I just feel like his artistry and his perspective need to be out there in the world. And I hope he gets the recognition he deserves out of it, too. And I hope he does a tour when he comes back too. haha. Because while there are a number of great artists who have the quality and drive and mission, how many of them can put on a SHOW like j-hope does?? Less than 5 in the world, maybe.

Agree, this album is definitely my personal number 1 among all the solo works from bts! And it’s actually hard to get tired of these songs, they go soo great for an everyday listen! And I’m really excited to see your reaction to RM’s new album, it’s such a unique musical journey, I felt like I know NOTHING about music lmao

I agree with everything you said, he's such an amazing and unique artist, there's something different about him and it's hard to put it into words. Now I can't wait for your reaction to the docu-series!

Great album, Hobi never disappoints.

My heart is melting with all these beautiful words you said about Hobi. HOTS is indeed a very solid album and for sure, Hobi would definitely receive his flowers. He is a firm of believer of "Your efforts won't betray you." and I know, his efforts would really take him places.
