Basically from the moment Rod and Historia touched Eren, we can see Eren starting to change (both mental-wise and appearance-wise). Regarding your theory at the end… You will get your answer really soon. But to answer you somehow and still not spoil anything, let’s just say Grisha was simply surprised they were trying to face the titans. And regarding his memory… hmm… he might have lied to Keith that he did not remember anything. Like… it is kind of unclear for the viewer based on his expression. But since he intentionally turned Eren into a titan to let him obtain his titan powers, it would not make sense if he did that out of nowhere without remembering anything… + keep in mind some other hints we got throughout the series… like for example Ymir being able to read the the thing on the can (back in the second season) and Reiner being surprised about that 😉 My feedback to this episode: The Carla’s speech at the end with the ending song… it brought tears to my eyes. I saved a clip of that to my phone to be able to rewatch that if I needed to! 🥹🥹
