First time watching this when it dropped — bawling crying, seeing their frustration hurt Second, third, and fourth time watching it — still tearing up even tho you know what happens bc the emotional beats still hit —> that’s what haikyuu is all about and it’s quality stays this high all the way through, it’s truly powerful storytelling and man the attachment to the characters is off the charts

Shira-Ou

so trueeee haikyuu has this ability to make you feel like you are there in person or part of the story, the way they get the feeling across it makes me feel like i have played volleyball my whole life qwq

Kuro Kurt

funny my most important quote i live by, i got from the german version of lego ninjago as an kid (translated "what you can do today dont push to tomorow") i mean i am shure it is not from that show but it really doesnt matter because it stuck

Connor (Cyndr)

Ego is such a powerful force in our lives, it dictates so much of what we do and how we choose our goals. Being able to set aside that ego and focus on what matters in the immediate and how you fit into groups and community can completely shift the way we grow and succeed. Oikawa and Seijoh were able to do that this game. Kageyama wasn't entirely (it was a little late by the end of the match unfortunately), but he's getting there, and the team as a whole are getting there, especially with the help of each other and their amazing mentors.

loved your reaction PD. even though i've watched this anime for so many times already, i still cry every single time. It is too good.

Haikyuu is such a beautiful anime because it teaches you life lessons that can be applied to daily life as well and not just sports. So, the people who badmouth it every chance they get in general or if it’s during a poll and their anime they voted for isn’t winning either don’t give Haikyuu a chance or ignore the fact that’s it’s more than just a sports anime.

LIZZ

I cry

Neeko

Damn this show. I've watched it over and over like 60 times and I still cry at the end of this episode EVERY time.
