Yay! Thank you for going back! Flying Yoga is a lot of fun!! I actually got done with my beginner class when this episode came out : ) the class I took was a little different since we had handles on the side to help with some moves but it’s really is good for strengthening your core and to help stretch without putting too much strain on your body. I really miss taking classes
