spark is definitely the fav as well 🌟 love giselles almost just as much though. fun note: karina’s up actually hit number 1 on all the charts in korea 🔥 and there’s a performance/cinematic short of it via mnet as well

Winter did a Spark performance at the KGMA awards and there was a choreography change that I think elevated the entire performance even more ! She is such a great performer

Lauren Miller

I swear, if SM play their cards right, all of them have the vocals, dance, and charisma to not only go solo, but to ✨go solo✨ That said, I was so disappointed with the production value behind Giselle and NingNing's solos. Like, Elle got a couch and Ning got a different perspective shot? That's it?? At least Karina got better choreo and camera angles. The only one they did justice, imo, is Winter's. Even with the lighting doing some heavy lifting, it wasn't at the expense of the other elements; the choreo, costuming, and song were fire. If they put that much effort into ALL of the girls, they will be unstoppable. period.

I like Dopamine, i think that song describes who giselle is. She always likes go be sassy and sexy and like no csre given to the world around her and thats what the song showed.

Fun fact: all the members participated in either the lyrics or the production of their solos and especially Up gained a lot of hype after they first performed it on tour. The girls actually had to advocate for releasing these solos officially bc SM first refused/waited for a long time even though the hype was getting bigger and bigger. When they finally did release them on streaming platforms without any promo, Up instantly topped the charts and even got RAKs and music show wins.

archie :D

all of these songs are 100/10, but for me bored takes the cake

Tobi

Dopamine and Bored are my two favs especially Dopamine i been obsessed with ever since i first seen concert clips

Tobi

really wish they had live vocals but other than that - flawless

juls

I think all their solos are goodd, but preference wise, Giselle’s Dopamine has literally been on repeat for me 🙂‍↕️🙂‍↕️

Spark is my favourite song and performance. I loved spark as a song even before I saw it's performance. And then as an audio, I love next is Dopamine. Surprisingly bored and up, I loved it more on performance level but not on an audio level. Spark and Dopamine is the one I have on my playlist.

PD have you watched Ningning’s performances in Begin Again? If not yet, you have to check it out!

UP has been in the top 10 chart in Korea for a while now (Nr7 today), it's soooooo popular and I LOVE IT!!!!!!

varenkaaa

their solo’s songs are just so amazing for real!!!! I mean the way each of their solo’s are so representative of each members styles, it’s so INCREDIBLE 🤍

Alex
