Thanks for taking time to check Jinki's new song! I love how he is doing whatever he wants with his music & creative direction, first reactions from shawols were just like yours, we did not expect the song to sound or be like this & it's been just so fun to see Jinki's journey as an indepent artist now, he has credits again for this song & I'm just grateful for him taking us along the ride. Also, I feel like I can appreciate the song & meaning even more now that you explained how the lyrics & video relate & your pov of what might represent. Enjoyed this reaction a lot, thank you again for supporting Jinki & sharing this with us!

Video went from 4:3 to widescreen when he went outside :) neat detail I saw someone point out, his world literally got bigger!

jinki is arguably the weirdest in shinee lol articles said it was about people who like to be alone but also feel lonely from time to time. i think jinki is the most experimental of the group but his vocals tie all of them together so everything flows (hehe) so nicely. there were already rumors about another album but it was a surprise that it would be in january! he co-wrote this song again! btw! all of the art inb this was done by him. the one behind him when he dropped the spoon (the moment you laughed so much at lol) is wilson, which he said he sometimes talks to when he's at home. the one above the fire alarm is one he posted the day after his birthday (12/14!) and was originally black and the circle was yellow, but in this video it's now painted over with brighter colors. jinki actually said recently that mental health is as, if not even more, important than physical health so it definitely makes sense with the lyrics and the video.

I love how his albums always reflect his feelings at that moment. "Circle" represents his process of healing, while "Beat Drum" is about how he is rediscovering his charm (he probably got the idea from the love he received from Shawols during his fan meeting and SHINee's Encore concert this year.) With "MANSE," he shares his journey of escaping his rabbit hole. We know he went through a difficult time, but now he is looking brighter (maybe more like GLOWING) and keeps telling us that he is happy(행복해).

My favorite part of the video is when I saw “outsid” Onew dangling the fishing pole bird down to “inside” Onew. He freed himself!!! Truthfully, it’s exactly what he did in real life!!

I can't wait to see reaction to Dice MV and Album

onew's 4th EP will be out on jan 6 and it's called 'connection'

Jorgie

I take the MV as Onew escaping SM as soloist 🤣 there's a whole new happier world for him outside where he can do what he loves, express his own creativity, be free. Yay!

oh! 만세 live performance is up and it's brilliant. it was filmed during his birthday party (dec 14) with jjinggu (official fanclub) participation. since jinki isn't doing music shows anymore, he and the ceo/manager had a whole bit as if they were filming their own music show performance. https://youtu.be/YWYYzbySpqE?si=nKX4h5ez1lHLECks

Watching you watch him is my new favorite thing. It’s so joyful! Thank you. As you continue to fall down the rabbit hole, two must-see legendary live performances of his are Nessun Dorma in the Tokyo dome and Rainy Blue from a different concert at the Tokyo Dome.
