tripleS Nakyoung 'Closer' MV Reaction

Hey, I just watched almost all of your tripleS reactions, and unless I'm mistaken, the only song you haven't listened to is 첫 이별 (Farewell My First), which is the bside on the Door album

I’m pretty sure these are Sohyun’s lyrics

ah, one of our all-rounders! i knew it'd be good, naky is like a chameleon fr. tS is honestly so diabolical to have their two best dancers as agreed upon by the members (naky and kaede) also be phenomenal vocalists and rappers lol. i think this song fits naky super well - hints of coolness and maturity (especially in the verses) but with a mainly light airy, sweet vibe. her fav sanrio character is my melody after all! speaking of all-rounders, i hope the upcoming tour makes people more aware of our other main all-rounder hayeon 🫡

So this isnt technically her first solo song that she has sung. I believe it is the first original solo song though. She has 2 more. One is a mixtape/remix and the other is a cover. The remix/mixtape is of Bibi’s “Best Lover” called “High Lover”. https://youtu.be/5-17hf07URo?si=IzTnDRqgMTAsvVcz If you havent heard Bibi’s version, I would recommend listening to that first then Naky’s version back to back. It may surprise you how similar they sound. It was released I think a little after AAA debuted so she has improved since then. The other song is a cover of “Boy’s a liar pt. 2” https://youtu.be/P426X6VeZjs?si=RuupbK-mIKWkStSf With the release of this song and Shion’s cover, hopefully that means we will get more covers/songs from other members as well in 2025.

Upshot

I think this is not a Modhaus thing, but part of a project where some other idols had solo songs as well. Monday for example had a song (New Things) or Tri.be's Songsun (Trouble Me)
