Uhh guys, what happened? Was 'SHOCK' so good that ALL(H)OURS got acquired by JYP???

I didn't watch the trailer but I clicked on it because I had to do a double take

Apparently JYP Ent. had had around 20% of Eden Ent.’s stocks and recently they bought more (to make it above 50%), so Eden Ent. has become JYP Ent.’s subsidiary. Also… random side note I wanted to let you know about: 1) The schedule for this month is not pinned (still the December one is there) 2) In collections the Quick Access does not appear as first to be easy to find for new comers here

JYP has officially acquired EDEN Entertainment, so yeah ALL(H)OURS is now part of JYP family!

jype "acquired" all(h)ours enterprise, so now they are a sub-label under jyp. like nmixx is under squ4d, which is a sub-label of jype. if I'm not mistake that's it!

there's also this excerpt from the article where's Park Jinyoung said a few words about All(h)ours : Park Jinyoung, head of JYP Entertainment, personally congratulated ALL(H) OURS on their debut with a video letter. "Congratulations to JYP Entertainment's nephew's debut. I've been here since the beginning before the members were confirmed. We talked a lot while sharing the debut preparation process together. I'm so proud to see ALL (H)OURS finally debut. I'm sure it will be a growing group until the day people all over the world know ALL (H) OURS," he said with a generous applause.

I was so confused when I saw this, but EDEN indeed is a subsidiary of JYP now. Maybe that explains why they already sounded Stray Kids coded. Happy for them and hopefully they can do good things with their JYP funds

Also, no pressure but I am still waiting for the DXMON reaction (Woo!Ah's brother group I told you about a while ago, I would recommand either Burn Up (heavier concept) or Spark (more EDM based song), they are both their debut songs
