The 'poppop' EP will be dropping from NCT WISH later next week and I've had this album on repeat. I listen to it on walks, I quite LITERALLY made the entire album my morning alarm so I wake up to 'poppop'!

It's currently one of my favorite albums of this year but I'd love to see your guesses.

Which B-SIDE do you think is my FAVORITE? (poppop is actually my favorite song on the entire album but we're just talking b-sides here!)

Stay tuned for the listening party on Wednesday May 7th to see if your guesses were right 😎

Hmm… I can imagine every song being the one for you, which makes sense considering what you wrote in this post 😅😅 Now after I replayed each song it is between Melt Inside My Pocket and Silly Dance, but I will go with Melt Inside My Pocket. Also… I did not expect the hype for NCT Wish to be ever THIS BIG!! Guys, we did a great job!! 🫱🏽‍🫲🏾👏🏽

You’ve no idea, I’m obsessed. Poppop is the boy group song to beat for me this year but also, they’re soooo SEVENTEEN/NCT/SHinee coded I can’t not stan. I’m definitely starting LASTART at some point now for SURE.

The poppop album is SO GOOD and so well produced. My favorite b-sides are melt inside my pocket, 1000, and still 3pm but im going to go with still 3pm because I feel like this song is similar to a mix of nctdream's bsides and tws style!

I'm really glad NCT WISH is gaining recognition. There have been controversies around their rise and how it has been easy due to inheriting the NCT name and fanbase. While that does give them more exposure than most rookie groups, I think their path is actually tougher when they have to prove themselves worthy while living up to a legacy and reputation of NCT that established 9 years ago. As someone who did watch LASTART, I see how talented each individual are and how each member's unique style can fit into one of the concepts NCT have done before.

Haters gonna hate. Let’s not act like HYBE, JYP, YG rookies don’t have label privilege! The point is that they have A LOT to live up to.
