Hello, PD here.

Now that I'm feeling a bit better I wanted to update you all clearly on what happened to me as it was all very sudden.

As I recover, I'm still receiving treatment and I'm rather weak so I cannot work my usual pace nor make any hard commitments so there will be no schedule for June.

I will be attempting to film again sometime this week.

First of all I'm so mad they didn't treat you well at the ER, no one deserves that. Please take as much care as you can now. I'm more than happy to pay one or two months without content as long as you can get healthier little by little. Pneumonia is an incredibly serious disease, especially yours from what you're daying, and its recovery is long. Health is always first, second and third. We can and will wait ❤️

Anyone who would not give you unlimited grace right now is someone who is very entitled, please prioritize your health and happiness, and just focus on filming things that you truly think would make you happy to watch and get as much rest as you can. I can't imagine being in your situation and I know we are all just very happy to see that you're alright and getting better. Whatever you do get around to filming we will be very happy to watch but I hope you are putting yourself first for as long as you need. Get well soon!

Recovery is slow but very important to do it properly, I’m so glad you made it out ok and please take the time you need, even if it’s rolling back over half the content—your health and your life are far more important. I’m sorry about your ER experience, it must’ve been anxiety inducing on top of the literal pain, again we know how much medical bills can rack up which isn’t easy to deal with while recovery slows down one’s job, so if there’s a fund we can support please please please let us know. Slow is smooth and smooth is fast, recovery physically and emotionally is hard, diligent work but rather it be done properly than rushed too early. Sending much love and luck Jaehyuk PD!!

Admittedly I've joined and rejoined this patreon channel in the year since I've started getting into kpop but your reactions have always been one of my favourites! Listen to your body and do not exert yourself if filming is too much. Often times people become impatient while in recovery and want to go 'back to normal' too quickly. Please rest fully so your body is not pushing itself :(

Oh my god 제혁/PD, that actually sounds like you’ve had a horrible last few weeks. I really am sorry to hear you had to go through all of that, but it is good to hear that you have been released from the hospital and are stable for now. You must be drained from all of the emotions, sleep deprivation, stress and everything that comes with that, so I actually want to praise you but at the same time criticize you on filming this video today. I really appreciate the fact that you want to come clear, but at the same time I can see that your whole body and mind are asking you to take it easy. Also the fact that you want to start filming again and make a schedule for July is insane, you have just faced the toughest moments of your life yet, and you still think about making videos. And I get that it pays the bills, but you need rest right now. Take care of your body and mind before the rest, because those things you can never change. I also heard you speak about the changes to your patreon and the things you have thought about in the hospital. I think you should listen to what your heart says over what your head tells you. Do the things you want to do so you can spend the time you have left on this earth (which might be short or long, not everything is set in stone) doing what you’ve always wanted to do, it is never too late to try things 제혁. You are in control over your life and what you want to do, don’t let anyone change your feelings, but let your feelings guide you to the person you want to be and do the things you want to do. I want to applaud you on how you are still going strong after being through so many things in life, like your past with your parents, your bullying problems and the things that happened because of that, the loss of your child and your partner. But still you are there every single week, as scheduled, uploading the videos we maybe don’t even deserve from you, but you give them to us like you are obligated to do so. You used to say you were this bad person, but you are actually one of the best human beings I have ever “met” (I’ve never really met you but i feel like my gut feeling isn’t off). You are our “Form of Therapy” while you might not really have that same “Form of Therapy”. We see this guy who is always laughing at the videos he is watching, but we never really see the fragile person who struggles with a lot of things in life. I recently saw this comment that Billie Eilish made that applies really well with your situation: “Depression never goes away, you just get better at handling it”. Also, I want you to remember that you are not alone, we are here to help and support you whenever you need us. I’ve decided to increase my subscription to make it a bit easier for you on the money side of things this month. So you can take some rest without having to stress over being able to pay the rent, food, … And I don’t do this just for the feelgood thing, I think you deserve it for being so dedicated towards all of this and standing strong in your own feet Big hug 제혁, get well soon Also an inspirational quote for the future I found online: “계속되는 작은 노력이 큰 성취로 이어진다”

I also want to advocate for you to take care of yourself and get the rest you need. I know you like to react and film as it's a part of you, but your body and soul need rest. Maybe take some time to watch something for yourself. Maybe even Sea of Hope Again, or a good drama you liked. Treat yourself to "you" time and sleep. Also stay hydrated! It helps flush out out the ick in you.

I had a blood infection when I was little after being bitten by a tick. I had to get shot every week for more than half a year to fight that infection, and they were pretty painful. But I got better! And so will you PD, I know it. Take care!

Hey I've been a long time watcher of yours and I'm praying for your health! Please take care of yourself! I don't want to tell you what to do but I know family members that have gotten pneumonia and please take care of your lungs and the air you breathe is important. I recommend getting an air purifier placed in your most used room. Also there are purifiers that tell you the condition of the air you're breathing and how safe it is. I'm sure some of it is out of your control but take care of your health! Don't stress any of the videos you have to watch. Please just focus on what you want to watch and just post that, at the end of the day, we just want reactions on videos (kpop music videos mostly) that are authentic and your interests!
