For me this debut leans very heavy alt/ rock alt which is prob why I vibe with it so much. I just watched this interview where Martin ( super talk blond) said they were tryna delve into psychedelic rock. Outside of Kpop and besides rap that's the only other genre I listen to. So when I heard this it hit me in like a completely diff way that I don't expect from Kpop and sounded so much like so of my fav alt artists.

Also totally echo what you said about the western influences! While it feels way too early to call a shift in generations or anything I do think we are seeing an interesting shift in musical focal point for debuts from later 5th gen groups especially with Cortis and idntt. It feels like we are getting further away from the corporate or packaged Kpop aesthetic as you said I am super excited to see where it goes 👀

Checking out their bts and variety content, I can already tell I'm stanning this group already. They're incredibly charismatic, very unserious like Katseye and it's just so refreshing to see guys acting their age and having fun together.

That "Pack Up Bro" video was hilarious 🤣 but I've been loving every video they've put out since as well. They are so unserious & I love it
