FYI, in case if you haven't gotten to Pinocchio yet - Chihen went on health hiatus about 2 months before the comeback so that's why there's only 8 people there. But they've already announced he'll be back starting with their fancon in January! And he's BLONDE and BUFF now 😳

Also regarding the contract situation, neither UL nor f&f actually announced how long the contract is, but recently chihens mom gave an interview and basically revealed there that their contract is apparently 3 years?? (Who knows whats the plan tho, bc I feel like there is a reason the company didnt say it)! Alot of the ahof members are independed artists tho, so the only ones with a company are chihen & juwon who are in bill entertainment, JLs company in the phillippines sbtown, and daisuke is in CAT'S EYE Okinawa but if I am not wrong, thats more of a modelling company

Even though they lost hard on the show, Team Beat ultimately won lol 😅 El Capitxn is AHOF's father now. So it took about 6 months from the finale to debut, which is quite a bit longer than typical for a survival show group. It was agony waiting but in the end, I appreciate it now. Because you can see that they really took the time to cater the sound TO the group, rather than make the group fit a predetermined concept.

I totally agree that this song (and really AHOF in general imo) is VERY team beat while I don't disagree with team rhythm winning over all, I always personally connected with team beat as they felt the most? how do I even put it... "soul" focused team? I always thought of team rhythm giving dance/performance (but with JL having a vocal ace on top of that), groove obviously giving vocals, and beat giving soul (?) which is why am very happy they have so far gone with this sound

one thing i love about ahof songs is the fact that they’re written about ahof and their journey which give off a very soulful and authentic vibe. if you take a look at the lyrics in the order of the songs in the tracklist when checking out their mini album, you’ll get what i mean :) not that i’d understand the korean lyrics while listening to their songs but they made me feel and i’ve missed kpop songs with a good story and a meaningful message
