Going into March & February Reflection (Patreon)

Hey guys, it’s been a week since I’ve been back from my writer’s retreat and I thought this would be a good time to reflect and update you guys on the happenings, as well as give you an idea of what March is going to look like.

So the writer’s retreat was immensely successful. I went to Seattle, my favorite city in the U.S. to lock down and focus solely on finishing my feature film screenplay. And yes, ya boiz done it. I’ve written a 141 page movie!

It’s titled ‘I ONLY LOVE IN THE SUMMER’ and hoof… the feeling of finishing a whole feature length film on page is an electric high I can’t quite accurately convey. But it’s a fantastic feeling. The script still needs to go through revisions, and I need to make multiple passes on it before it’s shooting ready. But finishing this was the first step to ACTUALLY beginning the process. Actual preproduction start is drawing soooo close.

During the rest of my time there, I intentionally took time to study people, lighting, and visual moments in life that represent the specific tone and emotions that my particular film lives in. The photos above are just a few selects from that gallery. It’ll give you a very vague sense of the emotional language of the film to come…

And with that said, I just want to thank you all. I had to take 10 days off, which a lot of recording days, so March’s schedule will be a bit different.

April will be a return to variety content, but in order to simultaneously pre-film content for April and put out content for March, March is going to have less typical “scheduled” content and I’ll be shooting from the hip instead.

That’s probably going to be the locked list and whatever else comes up will probably release in April, because everything I just mentioned has yet to be filmed and I’ll have to film it in April.

Mondays & Tuesdays where I usually do scheduled variety or survival content, it’ll be a mix. I’ll do some variety (cough cortis vlogs), the rest of TXT’s Idol Human Theatres and like one off variety stuff like tripleS’ theatre, but it’ll also probably be largely unplanned and do a bunch of bonus drops instead.

For example, I’ll probably react and release KiiiKiii Sui’s LeeMujin episode, IVE’s Killing Voice and WJSN’s it’s LIVE videos next Tuesday instead of a bunch of variety stuff. I’ll be prefilming variety for April’s releases.

This’ll also be an opportunity to kind of binge through some bonus drops like NEXZ Archive, AHOF’s stuff, and such. And then I’ll check in and see what other bonus drop reaction content people want to see :)

That’s it for this update, there will be a formal March calendar that goes out but I just wanted to give you guys a heads up in advance.
