perfection ! 😭🌟

Absolutely incredible. Love love love this. As for his album: I enjoyed it on the first listen. Really LOVED it the second time around. It took a while for me because why does it have 17 SONGS??? Once you've listened to the album I can really recommend his live session video where he performs 4 different songs of his album.

This may seem random, but before you do a listening party I highly recommend checking out the highlight medleys. They’re very creative and well shot, and probably the best highlight medleys I’ve ever seen

i was about to comment the same thing!! the way the team approached highlighting such a long track list in an incredibly creative, unique way, and the cinematic direction is very visually interesting. they essentially split the tracklist into four sections based around emotions rather than album order. i also highly recommend them!

Ah, I left a long comment about the MV on YT 😭 but here I’ll ditto the interest in highlight medley reactions. In terms of your album reaction, it’s really a double-album. So you could do all 17 at once or you could mimic the physical listening experience of doing one CD at a time. Either way, I’m so here for it.

I’m so excited to see your reaction to the album!!!! It’s so so so amazing, masterpiece honestly. 17 songs that just take you on a journey My fav on the album is called “STOP THAT”

i am completely obsessed with this mv, love the song, LOVE the album, have been playing it on a loop since it came out - can't wait for your reaction! the premise of the mv reminds me of the movie "wings of desire" by wim wenders (supernatural presence witnessing human internal experiences) and so does some of the cinematography - the shots of architecture, the black-and-white scenes, and the stairs within a library-type building from the beginning. as for the song meaning, you're right on the money; he did this really cool interview with a poet who analyzed the lyrics: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=z0u8bQu04zs

seconded, the live session is SO GOOD

Crazy as it sounds, I’ve been a fan of woodz since 2015 😭💜 UNIQ was one of my ult groups, and then when he started releasing solo stuff under the name Luizy, I literally had those tracks on repeat everyday … all this to say, he has come such a long way and I’m so proud of all his accomplishments !!! He has always been so talented, and it makes me so happy to see him find his identity and sound 💖💖

can't wait for you to check out the album!!! it's like if the essence of what makes woodz so great was distilled into 17 tracks. it's a bit long but woodz appeared on IU's palette and it's such a great watch, highly recommend that!! :)
