i love WDA, it fits so well with aespa’s genre ‘Iron Taste’. I would not expect this from any group (that i know) other than aespa and that’s what makes it unique and worth it in my book.🤘🏼🖤

To be honest i didn't vibe with the song as much at start but after a week in i think it grew on me, still i don't believe its their best pre-release if we count supernova and welcome to my world but i think i like this song more than their previous year's releases it gives dirty work upgraded which i was not so much fan of dirty work production and song in general not to mention rich man which probably was their weakest title track overall. I love their choreo for this song tho..

the day that this dropped everyone was so negative to the song and i felt like i was the only one that enjoyed it. i feel like some people forget that every aespa song doesn't have to be a grand dramatic affair and get disappointed when they want to lean more into a sound. there were also of comments saying how the song "didn't go anywhere" but personally i liked that about it. i feel like its gonna be the same as dirty work hated during the release and months later you see the tweets saying "i get it now"

I'm not feeling this song (yet) unfortunately and also.... Taeyeong should have been that feature i can't lie. I'm kinda disappointed ever since they ended their generational run with Whiplash. Like Dirty Work is cool but not on the same Level and Rich Man sucks. Besides that I think the MV for WDA is very cool and unique though!

I love WDA as a MV and as a song so much. Can't really add much to what you already talked about in your reaction PD, their core/brand identity is probably the strongest in the kpop industry right now. It's a bit of a shame how many people were hating on the GD feature (mostly Korean aespa fans, they even boycotted it bc of his participation..) because like you said he really dedicated his verse to aespa, mentioning their songs (Armageddon as well btw) and also elevating the song itself with it imo.

ive seen some interesting interpretations about how this music video is about how aespa used to be a group with a clear division between their digital world and real world but in this mv you cant really tell where they are ai or not, similarly to how nowadays irl its difficult to tell whats ai or not as well and its super scary. if this was the creative intention i think it adds a interesting commentary to an already cool concept and song so i rly fw this comeback.
