I loved how this really did feel like a grand announcement in song format of the next step/plan. I totally agreed when you said it feels like they are about to start something new. Also, I feel like the constant repeating of “everywhere all around the world’ ties it to Stray Kids in such a strong and clear way. Having songs and lyrics that on first listen or reading I can just say, “yeah this is Stray Kids” is one of the reasons I love when groups write their own music. Super excited to see this in a concert setting. Has that anthem feel to it that I really love. Thanks for the reaction!

Sometimes, change is good. This...is one of those times. It feels refreshing while simultaneously embodying Stray Kids as a group. As a way to announce a tour/comeback, it does its job very well.

When creating a narrative, some writers say that it's better to drop your reader/viewer right into the story and world rather than trying to explain it from the ground up. That way, the reader/viewer is immediately engaged with the momentum of the story. I think this philosophy can also apply to music. By "skipping over" the intro to this song, they hit the ground running and keep that momentum for the entire song. Pretty neat.

People are saying this is the best world cup song, despite not being it 😂😂

It feels like a theatrical play at Some points

Gosh I love SKZ so much... this was so good

I was definitely one of those SKZ listeners who got a little bored of their formula. Very surprised that they came out with something different. A very pleasant surprise!

It does sound like a worldcup song !

i kinda fell out of skz after rock-star. i was also feeling the formulaic sense of their titles. i stumbled upon the teaser for this mv, and the sound immediately caught my ear! it sounded so different from what they've done recently... this is easily one of my fave skz titles in a VERY long time. it kinda reminds me of svt's super and bts' tear which are some of my faves. the song is very fresh, breathing new life into what they've done so far, and yet still very THEM. it's impressive how they were able to reinvent. i'm super excited for the new album now!!

You are correct that is not how they write their songs as of late, but I believe this is how they used to write or how their songs used to be written, before they became overly braggy, autotuned and formulaic. So rather than it being different, to me it’s a return to form. It’s this kind of depth and versatility that made us all fall in love with them to begin with.

I am sooooo obsessed with this song.... I have had it on repeat in the car since it dropped... Everything about it this is just sooooo cool to me ... and addictive!! 3Racha book ends ... Like you said starting with Chan is so rare, It happens but it has been a minute since he started a big release like this (I think Maniac was the llast time ... but I might be wrong). And then finishing with a 2Racha rap tag ... and everything between... LOVE!!! What a way to promote a world tour and announce a comeback .. So excited.
