So basically, the reason why they are called 08:00 is because it is their Peak Time, every group on this show has their own "time to shine". Besides that, most of these groups aren't recognized by name anyways so why bother having a name and an identity that no one knows about (after they get eliminated, they reveal their group names) I would say this is a very nice show to pick up on next.

PLEASE WATCH PEAK TIME PD

Peak Time is my favorite survival show hands down. holy that show was so good, the performances that came out of that show are LEGENDARY, this doesn't even scratch the surface. This isn't even my favorite DKB performance from the show LOL Also yes to Project 7!! There's actually a good amount of crossover in the shows since several Peak Time idols ended up on P7 and one even made it into Close Your Eyes.

To explain a bit about Peak Time to help decide if you want to watch it: Peak Time was meant to give 23 bgs a chance to garner new fans, without having to "rely" on the group's name for clicks. Each of the 23 groups were given an hour of the day to replace their group's name on the show, DKB's being Team 8:00. The twist at the end of episode 2 was that the judges brought in a bunch of individuals to form a 24th team WHICH INCLUDED B-JOO OF TOPP DOGG AND MOON MOTHERFUCKING JONGUP OF BAP. The first two episodes are an "introduction round" where each team performs a well known kpop bg song and the eight judges (which includes Tiffany Young, Kim Sungkyu, Mino, Lee Gikwang, Kyuhyun, and more) could vote for a group by pushing a button during the performance. If you got 6 or more votes you automatically made it to the next round, 4 or 5 votes meant that the judges would come back and decide if the group would pass to the next round, and then less than 3 votes meant automatic elimination.

Please watch peak time!! It’s one of my all time favorites, the premise is so well done, and I truly believe it’s a very good watch!!

OMG I never imagined we'd get a Peak Time reaction in the big year 2026!?

Luna

ME TOO 😭 what a time this was. My life was just waiting for Boys Planet and Peak Time episodes every week

Harry June is the pure amalgamation of his hyungs. If you love Harry June you will fall in love with all of DKB and that's a promise!

Ivy

Ivy

Pratiksha Majee

Harry June is my bias! I love seeing him dance..he is in SMF mega crew mission, Be Mbitious, Street World Directors War on Bada Lee's team I think.
