Fromis has and will be one of the most important groups to me. I got into ot9 Fromis_9 at a rough time in my life and they really helped me get through. Ive honestly been a little hesitant to embrace ot5 Fromis_9, losing 2 of my biases in the transition to ASND, but I think this album really helped me get there. Eternal is 11/10 for me...I hate its a b-side and will never get the full attention it deserves. Vitamin Me is just a classic Fromis title track with a refreshing twist. No skip album and I will never tire of Jiwon/Hayoung one-two punch vocals. II think my only complaint is that we get a song like Teacher without Seoyeon, Saerom and Jisun's vocal colors to elevate the song but ot5 still killed it. 10/10 overall, cant wait to add this album to my collection.

2026-10-07 10:00 I love pop rock so Why Do I Cry? and Day 1 are my faves. The Hayoung & Jiwon vocal duo, ughhh they are so great at conveying emotion. I also love Cold Blood and can imagine the performance in my head. I can't wait to see them perform it live (hopefully) at their concert in a few weeks!
