I really love this album. Today a video dropped of Back Then but it’s the Song By version with Seungmin. Amazing. Also when they did their concerts at end of July/start of August they did preform Run It, After You, and I Do and they sound so good in that setting. The remixes of This & That are fun. I like the Cool version.

That's Hyunjin's vocals on the "And I......." part

i genuinely love this album so much, i think if they had just a bit of a stronger title track it would’ve blown every other album out the water.

you can really see skz’s growth in their music and voices. my favorite songs these days are ones that still carry a strong skz element with their good parts of american pop but with their more mature, honed-in vocals.

SKZ aiming for mainstage Tomorrowland, ADE, EDC,... with that festival version

I really enjoyed this EP a lot & yea it definitely show's SKZ's production growth they have had over the years in the B-sides especially. Also, I would have to agree with liking the mixing/overall experience of the title track song more on streaming than the MV. Right away, I didn't really vibe with the song, then I heard it along with the rest of the EP & that got me to add it to my playlists. Not sure if it's on your radar PD, but you should definitely check out their "SKZ-REPLAY 2026 Pt. 1" album that they released right at the end of July to hear a bunch of members solo songs (+2 full group songs) 😊 Anyway, for the This & That EP my ranking goes: 1. After You 2. Farming 3. Run It 4. Way Out 5. This & That 6. Back Then/I Do 7. T&T Festival Version (too consistently loud/overstimulating for me too lol)

JJ

speaking of their concert set lists... any plans on reaction to a concert of theirs, per chance? pretty pretty please? their dominate experience for example?

JJ

oh and btw, they recently also dropped the skz-replay 2026 pt.1 on streaming. it has studio versions of the solo songs they performed on previous tours + some skz records and stuff, would be great to see your reaction to it too (whether that be now or if you decide to wait on pt.2 and listen to both parts together)

JJ

still hoping for my favourite ever han pop song to be on pt. 2...

Natasha Huppler

Lets be real it is criminal that Han especially does not release his solos on streaming right away bcz they are always bangers. Hope your song gets added to streaming so you can be blessed like I was with Pt. 1 including Hyunjin's "LOVER" being added 😊

The bsides have proven to me why I have always loved and ulted skz for a long time. I haven’t felt as connected with their title tracks lately but that’s only bc ik they can do so much more. Back then and after you r prime examples of how skz can move you. Those songs r my fav on this album for sure!

Jared Williams

My rankings for this EP goes 1. After You 2. Way out 3. Back Then 4. This & That 5. I do 6. Run It 7. Farming

I will always and forever appreciate your honesty! Even if I disagree about something I cannot fault you for keeping it real and keeping it 100. That’s how to DO IT (no pun intended 😭)

Yay!!! Thank you for reacting to the whole EP! I had a feeling you would like the B-sides more and I just loved your reaction. Had the exact same nostalgic 2010s Avicii vibe when I heard 'After You' ... but so much better ... and I actually really liked that song when it came out ... I love how SKZ can make some songs feel like they are taking you back to a moment in time, but still sound fresh and new ... Love this track.... and ALL the vocals ... anytime a track starts with light sunshine vocal Felix I know I will like it. I have this EP on repeat, but like pretty much all SKZ albums I have a really hard time saying my fav track cause it really depends on the mood I am in ... I personally Love 'Farming', any tracks with gaming, anime or pop culture references that SKZ do I fall for (Item, Truman, S-class, Saiyan... they have quite a few lol) ... and I did not miss the League of Legends references in 'Farming'...(Felix, Changbin, Chan and Seungmin I am looking at you!). 'Way out' - is Fantastic ... such a great break up song ... it is not really even a break up it is just ... Done! ...bye bye ... and sooooooo smooth .... love love love 'Back Then' - HanPop Gold ... but is there any other kind ... This might just be the prettiest Stray Kids track EVER ... I mean they have some gorgeous solo and unit tracks ... but as far as full group ... This is a first I think ... and it is just sooo swoon-worthy ... I am not usually one of love songs, especially pop ones ... I find many of them insincere (ok I am jaded and I know it) ... So there has to be something extra to pull me or lyrics I can really get behind and a delivery that makes me believe it and this has all that for me. LOVE LOVE LOVE Basically I love it all ... the song I thought didn't grab me as much was actually 'I Do' and not because I didn't like it just cause all the other songs were more memorable for me, BUT I loved watching it live during the 'Run It' concert and that makes all the difference and I knew it would ... and I really do like the track in general ... it is just so Changbin lol (although nothing has come close to 'Steetlight' for me as far as BinniPop). So happy to see this reaction and also hear your 2nd take on 'This & That' track as well... there are so many tracks out in the wide world of music, which I hear and dislike or don't think I will enjoy and then see in a new light after a second listen or more, or hearing live... so thank you and I really did appreciate your inital reaction as well ... even if I didn't agree then, I would rather see someone be genuine than fake a reaction, I think most people here would agree.... at least I hope so.

lilian

you should watch the t&t live stages 😘

Yo PD, back to see your reaction to this, glad to see T&T bumped up a bit after your initial reaction! Its been a while for any SKZ content, but I think they've done quite a few things you might enjoy checking out, 3RACHA have a podcast called 3RACHA session they've done a few episodes of, Seungmin and Lee Know have their own respective individual content (SONG By is Seungmin's, where he covers a variety of songs, and The kNOw Way is Lee Know's show where he just gets up to random things picked by his cats!) There's also the SKZ-Replay 2026 album Pt1 that dropped right before This & That, which may or may not have Pop Bang Chan on there just sayin. Also! They're headlining Rock in Rio in September (the 11th I believe), which will be livestreamed! Wondering if you'd be interested in reacting to that! Or maybe The Dominate Experience Movie?

You called out Hyunjin's vocals in three different songs, which I love after the vocal issues he had last year and almost quit because he felt he was going to hold the group back. He fought through with the help of a vocal teacher and came out better than ever!

Been a few months since you reacted to this, but I finally found time to see your reaction. I really enjoyed this album (the fact this was realized the same day as ARTMS's Hyper Ego was the best night ever) and my favorites have become more solidified since then: 1. After You - you've said everything that is right with this song, so I won't go in further. 2. Way Out - the emotions of this song is just amazing. Constantly go back to it. 3. Farming - this one surprisingly shot up a ton for me, due me reaching for it more. It was originally 6, but I've appreciated it more since then. 4. Back Then - my original 3, which is just amazing and swoonworthy. I also love listening to this in the car with windows down, road trip vibes. I just needed more dopamine from Farming 5. Run It - I always love their boisterous, adrenaline filling beginning tracks of their albums and this never disappoints. 6. Festival version - I actually love this more than the original. I really like the video game sounds and finding the different sections of this version. 7. This and That - didn't mind it to everything else. Just wasn't a strong song for me compared to their other title tracks. 8. I Do - Not always a fan of these kind of songs they've done. Don't mind it - if it plays, I'll let it, but I will hardly reach for it compared to the rest of their discography.
