I have said many times I am not sure whether I have an opinion on the song, despite having it heard many times since the release moment. My thing is I did not expect anything but at the same time I did not expect this. By that I do not mean to say I dislike it. It is just confusing to me that this is their choice to launch their restart and celebrate 20th anniversary. To me this could be a song to comeback with, when a next comeback happens or even within this comeback period (since there are rumoured 2-3 songs including this one), like I can imagine this working well as a double title track as like Bang Bang Bang with We Like 2 Party. So that is to why I was confused these past days, but regardless this factor I cannot get myself over the fact that this sounds like a G-Dragon song, which is not a bad thing but I have always appreciated G-Dragon being able to make the difference between his solo career and BIGBANG’s music, so his solo career was not like: “BIGBANG music but performed by one person”. And since they had planned Home Sweet Home as the comeback song, the decision for going with BiiiG after leaving Home Sweet Home to G-Dragon makes me SO CONFUSED. But maybe… MAYBE… next song is like TaeYang’s song and then the third and last one is a full-on trot song to represent DaeSung and so the single 20th anniversary album is literally 3 songs representing each member and “having featured” the other two members on it. That would be an iconic restart!!

First of all, words are hard (long covid brain fog) , so I think I cannot articulate what i think/feel about this song well enough but here we go. I love this song! As a long time VIP (2007-08ish). This song is something I expected. Its Bigbang but not quite. It's a new/old Bigbang, and that's ok. I've long accepted that if Bigbang came back, they're not gonna sound the same as they did before because they are down to 3, they are "missing" some of the colors they had when there were still intact. With that being said, this "new" Bigbang is what I expected. I agree with your take that this "Biiig" but understated take is deliberate. They've matured, they've been through the ringer. They've already proven themselves a long time ago so no need to be as big and as extravagant as before. In my opinion this comeback is also them setting a new standard like they always do, they can be just as big w/o being just as loud. I have so much more to say but I've ran out of words.

So I saw that this song is only a single . I’m confused I thought they were having album coming out or is this just like almost pre release song then album comes later ?? I’m so happy they are having comeback . I defiantly ready to hear more songs and see how more mature they have come with their sound and music . Hoping for more music soon.
