On JL making their choreo, they mentioned during the press con(?) of RTY, JL and Juwon did choreograph a demo of Sugar High, it was more intense than the final version. I highly recommend you also check out their RTY choreography practic vlog, JL and Juwon contributed a lot to the choreo and took over almost half of the practice sessions and fine tuning. You should definitely check out Project 7 one day! Some people didn’t like Project 7 because of the final lineup but that goes to show how many lovable and talented trainees there were (other than the CYE members). But all of these talented trainees made the show so fun to watch. It’s why I always come back to rewatch Project 7!

HIP-HOF crew showed fun, creative, team work and team chemistry. They played off of each other rather than showing just amazing dancing. They were fun to watch.
