I also vividly remeber being amazed by indes performance in superman and louise. So seeing her now recently cast as rogue im just so happy for her.

I mean bear is a borderline fking 🍇 and bad human being but ian is genuinely such a bad friend. Whole movie could have been avoided, if he had been honest with Bear. Also I haven‘t watched the whole vod, so I don‘t know wether someone informed you of the fact that curry barker was actually offered ~2 million dollars in budget, with the caveat that he had to make bear more of a victim. But he declined and made the movie with I believe ~700k keeping bear‘s role the way it is. Which was in my opinion such an amazing decision and I truly from the bottom of my heart believe that obsession wouldn‘t have had a tenth of the success it had, if he had implemented those changes. And I think it‘s so interesting that the mc‘s named bear paying hommage to that whole man vs bear debate.

So sad I missed the livestream for this, they're always either crazy late or when I'm on shift 😭 but man this was a great watch. I went to see the movie in theatre and was was soooooo creeper out when it had finished (I'd gone alone lol) I this the hype for this movie was so well deserved, the writing and directing was just incredible and I couldn't praise it enough. So glad bear bit the dust but forever sad about nikki having to deal with the consequences of HIS actions. Regarding the Alex myers sitch, I was shocked when I heard about it. I have personally never watched any of his videos, cause I've hated the vibe from clips I've seen and he's always come off as really annoying to me but the video he released for obsession was just kind of disgusting and I'm happy he got called out on it. Genuinely so shocked to find out there were people defending bear. Coraline and nightmare before Christmas are absolute fucking classic gems and I'd kill to see a reaction from you someday if you can move past the stop motion style!!! Can't wait for future horror movie nights!

Ok, but what's Nikki's life gonna be like now, technically, she killed Sarah. Now she has to live with that consequences. Not sure if this is a happy ending. He escaped peacefully but she had to face the consequences he created. That's so tragic...
