In different words, you said so much of how I feel about Minho and what I've been saying as a Minho bias of 15 YEARS!!!! You have no idea how proud I am to see him continue to grow and find himself with his artistry to be able to get to such a strong place. He's has always struggled to get away from that "just the guy who raps in SHINee" image and I feel like he's finally being able to pull away from that and show people how talented he is. He works so hard and inspires me to know that, no matter how long it may take and how fast others may be getting to their goals, it's never too late to keep improving and keep becoming a better version of yourself. Thank you for appreciating his live singing! He absolutely has improved even more and it helps that this song is in a place in his range that he's confident in ofc. I've ALWAYS said that Minho's tone doesn't need to be any more than it is. He doesn't really need to try big belts and ambitious runs. He has this honey smooth and warm tone that just makes his vocals so so easy to listen to. Don't get me wrong I love a VOCALIST but there are times when that can be a bit overwhelming for me as someone who listens to music based on my mood. I can't ever imagine a time when I was too overstimulated to listen to Minho's vocals. So this entire concept absolutely suits him so well cus it matches the understated-ness of his vocals and allows that to shine and the dance matches that energy. Minho is masculine and passionate but he actually has ALWAYS had a softer feminine side to him. This is why many Minho fans say he'd be a great girl dad! He's not afraid to do none traditionally masculine things, for instance he takes ballet classes for flexibility. All of SHINee have a sort of queer vibe to me it's partly why I was drawn to them. The way he moves when he dances really showcases that for me. There's this other queer reactor I watch who once said that he loved watching Minho dance because he always has an an "elegance" to him and I completely agree!! He has this very unique style in its look because he has these long limbs and this muscular torso that stays very rigid when he moves. It's a perfect showcase of that mix of masculinity and femininity because the ways he moves when he does his elongated arm and leg movements feels so delicate and restrained in comparison to the charisma he's exuding in his face. His lines are always so beautiful in that more modern dance/ballet way. I would say go back to the Don't Call Me dance practice and pay attention to how fluid and soft he is on his extensions. I can't wait to see you react to the EP. I am so greedy and want more already but I've had it on repeat! Now that you said it, I agree honestly, the entire album is perfect for Winter because it has such an easy, curled with a blanket inside while it snows outside energy. Like the songs you listen to in Winter when you're trying to remind yourself what Summer felt like in a way.... I'm especially thinking of the last song on the album "Ending Scene."

Oh and this was choregraphed by Shuri! He was one of the SHINee Kid dancers who danced with SHINee in 2017 (alongside Enhypen Ni-Ki) and the character he played was actually "kid Minho." They reunited and now that Shuri is all grown up, Minho picked him 1. because he thinks he has a good personality and 2. because Shuri is as tall as Minho and has a similar frame and Minho said that he thinks taller choreographers understand his movement style better but he made sure to still praise short choreographers too of course! In the same live he mentioned how he saw people saying he killed the extras in the Make It Hot MV and he wanted to clarify that the people were just passed out and we shouldn't think he's a bad guy lmao.

PD, I have to say it - if you want more Minho, there is one more EP you haven't seen, his debut EP Chase released back in 2022. The MV for it is amazing and the EP itself is beautiful. Also, as someone pointed out before, there was also a release between Call Back and Make It Hot - Tempo, which is a suuuper Minho song. Hope to see you watching those (also, as Kibum was mentioned in this video, you might also want to look up his 2023 release, Killer, which is an awesome song).

Also, if you want to have a laugh, look up that Key and Kany's reaction to Make It Hot MV - it's super funny. Also, Kany's show's (separate) episodes with Minho and Kibum are hilarious

Hi, sorry, I know its been a while, but you never ended up reacting to Treasure´s live comeback stages. Since then they performed at other events like KCon LA or MyK Festa. I hope you could check some of it out. Thanks.

I think that's what I enjoy about Minho. He does have the masculine rapper role and all that but overall he's much more smooth and laid back about it. Part of it is his enjoyment of mostly mid tempo music, his confidence, and also his softer voice both in tone and also pronunciation, given his slight lisp and all. Its very unique and what makes him stand out to me!

Also minho did perform in the fur jacket with an amazing looking sauna set for Inkigayo! If you wanted to watch that too.

Not to mention his Japanese singles!

You really need to go back and watch the video at 20:22 with Key and Kani reacting to Minho’s MV. Those two in a room together is always so funny! Minho said SM made him do dance challenges for this comeback, even though he felt uncomfortable asking people to dance his challenges. So there are a lot of Make It Hot dance challenges out there, including with all the SHINee members. The black shorts were certainly a choice, but it made me think about how rarely we see his knees without a brace or kinesiology tape, which I always just assume he’s wearing under his costumes (Taemin too). I hope his knees were okay after the performance!

IMO the choreography really suits Minho's body type so well with all the big movements and line work and that's why it stands out to me. Shawols really are so spoiled in that every member of SHINee just has incredible artistry and all stand out on their own. It's almost like SHINee month 2.0 right now between Taemin, Minho, and Onew all releasing new music back to back and Key's birthday soon, as well as the anniversary of Jonghyun's Story Op.1 album.

I’ve been a Shawol since 2009, and following you and your SHINee journey has given me something to look forward to every month, so thank you.
