Phew, that was a long one. But I just watched until the end. In my opinion, while this performance was more just like a BTS concert itself, compared to last year’s Melon performance of Idol, it doesn’t quite beat it. There were a lot of things I liked (the revisiting of older songs, the full performance of Boy In Luv at the very beginning, mikrokosmos intermission, RM, Jimin & Jungkook’s “solo stages”) yet there were other things that felt really clunky and awkward. Was that just me? I’m not going to sit here and bash on what I didn’t like because when it’s all put together, it does make for a great performance. It just shows how much practice and effort BTS put into every performance. I remember the night of this MMAs, fancams from army in the audience caught J-Hope at the very end of Dionysus where as soon as the lights dimmed and the cameras cut, he was nearly doubling over, visibly panting extremely hard. Even as the lead dancer, J-Hope himself has acknowledged that even with his thin build, lack of physical strength and low stamina that he tries very hard to not let any of that show as a performer. You brought up similarly Jimin’s voice, By the end of the performance I was only imagining how much he mush have pushed himself to give his all. I’m sure all the members must have been exhausted by the end. Hats off to them for being true entertainers.

It’s would be awesome if you could check out txt’s MMA performance it was amazing they really don’t feel like rookies

Josue Hernandez

You should check out TXT CHUNGHA and ITZY from MMA 2019 they were the best of the night along with BTS they were all impressive

Briana Secreto

Some of the performance was pre recorded. I just don't remember which parts in the article.

Frog

The horses were pre-recorded so they weren't at the actual live performance because horses don't like loud noises.

Yanny

Ateez performance on mama was uuffff chefs kiss

Shannon Small

mikrokosmos was definitely prerecorded, though there was a little portion where they meshed the prerecorded footage with the audience footage so that you could see the army bombs among the vfx stars - they had to make time to get changed and in position for their solo stages at some point after all

Sofia Serey

Idk, but I can´t see a lot of the old videos :(
