I'm SO glad you're doing this for yourself PD

Tealhiid

Yes PD! Do something you like! I came here to support you because I want to see you enjoy yourself and I'm glad your gonna do that now😊💕

WiseSmellyLegs

Thank You for doing these reactions, I tried to watch others videos but I think yours the best! I enjoy watch/listen to your other production too! So don’t worry, you can focus on other things, I’ll be here (and other people for sure too) waiting. 👌🏾🥰

Bowes

Thank you for all that you do PD! We're here to support you in whatever you enjoy doing :)

Rachel Barrett

Thank you for sharing this with us PD. Honestly, you don’t need to upload every single day, I’m just happy whenever you do upload, so just take your time, even if you upload one or three times a week I’ll still be content and happy. We’ll all be here to support you no matter what!!!

Fido

nice to see you back pd!

Chad Williams

You’re the best PD I keep subbed here every month because your videos bring me so much joy I hope you can have that same joy I feel while watching your videos lol sorry if my English is bad

_Dani.Lynn_

I just recently found your videos and was a quick fan. I had no IDEA the amount of content you put out as I was really only looking for kpop reactions. Just those in themselves have so much work and effort in them. I’m so sorry you felt pressured to overwork yourself. Life is so short and every day is meant to be enjoyed and fulfilled with doing the things you love and that make you feel joy. Please take care of yourself (mentally and physically). Please know that if people expect more from you and can’t let you just live your life, they are unhappy with something in theirs. All of that mush aside, I am SO EXCITED to see this reaction!!!! They are so underrated. Sending love and light! ❤️✨

SanjA1800

PD the reason why I'm a Patreon is because I enjoy watching your genuine reactions. There are a lotttt of reaction channels on YouTube but a lot of them are just hype and no substance. It can't be easy keeping up with so many comebacks and managing YouTube and Patreon at the same time. We get it. You don't have to put out videos to please anybody especially if you're not happy with the content. But we appreciate the effort. Glad you're taking time for yourself PD.

Holly

I hope you know how much we appreciate and love your videos! I really do look forward to your videos and your unique input on my favorite songs and variety content and I actually learn a lot that I wouldn’t have noticed without your commentary! That being said I will never be angry or disappointed if you don’t put out videos every day, your health is always most important! I hope you’re doing well and I’m glad that you’re deciding to post what you enjoy the most :)

David Nystrom

Glad you’re back, PD. Hopefully the new year treats you well, you can find joy in your work, and keep on making awesome content! On video, if you like Dreamcatcher steering into the electronic side, check out Can’t Get You Out Of My Mind from the second Dystopia album (Lose Myself). Keep on keeping on! Cheers!

Brooklyn

Glad to see you back PD! I can feel your energy in your post and that makes me feel so happy for you! Making art you like is so important so I hope that this year brings a ton of creative fulfillment (and better health) for you! Also, for me this comeback as a whole is my favourite from DC. The video and the song compliment each other so well. Plus, Handong is back!! I missed her vocal tone. And it’s funny you mention a trilogy because this is actually the third in their Dystopia series, Scream included (the mask chair and the tree at the end). I don’t know for absolute certain if this will be the last in the series, but I saw someone say that the series relates to the saying “see no evil, hear no evil, speak no evil”. The trilogy then goes in reverse order: Scream = speak; Boca = hear (the lyrics talk about closing the mouth); and now Odd Eye = see. I love their lore!!

Olaf

Welcome Back! I hope you continue to take care of yourself first!

CRAYON weiwen

Just do what you enjoy, welcome back again.

Erd'na

Feel free to do what you want. Happiness should be your priority. The world is in such negative state right bow. People deserve to be happy despite what's going on in the world.

flowerbit

I love your reaction to this!! Thanks for letting us see it early. This made my night!

Nova Amore

OMG!! I love your reaction!!!

Nova Amore

I just read your post, and I'm so glad that you took time off to get better and feel better about yourself!

excellen

Glad that you are back PD and I hope your health keeps getting better going foward. About your resolution I agree completely...I know a lot of people want you to react to everything but I personally like your reactions way more when it's something that you will enjoy. So even if you don't post reactions every day or for every group I'll always thank you for all of your efforts! And hey I'm liking the return of the pizazz...you even put editor notes for things you didn't notice on your first watch! And the new set is great!

Skipz12

Glad to hear you’re doing a little better PD. I enjoy your content a lot but first and foremost it is YOUR content and you should be 100% enjoying this. Losing passion for things is awful and I watch you video cause I also am in film and happen to really enjoy Kpop. I want that to continue being a shared experience. So whatever you do I support it’s you who has to be happy!

Lauren Miller

You do you, PD! Whatever makes you feel the best and makes video making enjoyable for you, that's what I want 🥺I stick with you not just for the content, but because I enjoy your perspective and personality.

Opinionated Matt

Ok, sound fine to me! 👍 Does that mean that you will react only to groups you're interested in or to the ones which gets requested the most?

Opinionated Matt

Dude you nailed the setting!! Darker background with lights on the plans on the left side of the screen works!!

Opinionated Matt

I can't wait to rewatch Running Girls and cry again 💓 lol

Cristina Doncel

First of all, thank you. Not for uploading content, but for being honest with us and for staying here. I know we don't know each other, but following you for a long time I know you have difficulties, and I worry when you enter hiatus. You DON'T owe anything to anyone, Patreon is optional and whoever wants to can leave, I for my part will continue here. As a student in her last year of psychology, I know the importance of mental health and seeking help. Hope you get better. Sigue luchando PD.

Meruka Hinaru

I loved Odd Eye, but I also like Scream more. Tho my ultimate favorite title track will always be Piri till the end of time <3

yooin

AHHHH welcome back! cant wait to see ur reaction to hwaa and the i burn ep!

GodsMenu99

Thank you so much for all the effort, PD. It really does not make any sense to do something you do not enjoy, I would probably also feel the same. Just do what you like and enjoy. It keeps your mind fresh- it keeps your content fresh and we can be happy about a happy PD! So glad you started your comeback with Dreamcatcher btw. Are you planning to check out the album too at some point? Keep up the effort, been a fan of you since I started getting into kpop almost a year ago.

Dennis S

You were spot on with the Cyberpunk analysis, they even named a set of their teaser pics "Cyberpunk" so thats for sure. You mentioned BOCA and now Odd Eye relating to "mouth" and "Eyes" but this is part 3 of the Dystopia series and looks to be the finale, though I could see an "epilogue" of sorts. The popular theory I see thrown out a lot is: Hear no Evil (Scream) Speak no Evil (BOCA) See no Evil (Odd Eye) Thanks for the upload and I am glad to hear you are feeling/doing better! Cheers to a successful and healthy 2021.

Hi ! Its very important that you think about your content this way and put your well-being before anything else. Very hyped to see the future content because if You love it more yourself it will surely be better 😊 thank you so much for todays video !

I'm still figuring that out. I watch everything ANYWAY but trying to figure out which gets a Kulture Study video and which doesn't..

jaeminono

Hey PD! We will always be here for you! Please do not pressure yourself to put out videos if you aren't feeling it. Your health, happiness, and safety are a lot more important to us than any video you could ever put out. Stay strong PD!

Faisa

so excited fo your future content, PD! i appreciate your hard work and am always thankful for you ❤

Juno

Good to have you back, i really enjoyed your review! And because i am who i am, i am of course bringing Onf in to this ;) hm, so dreaming, looking for Utopia...so its kind of the counterpart to sukhumvit swimming, thats the dreams they have on their way to the new world, and Yutos character is the wanderer looking for Utopia, and he drinks the blue drink instead...

MisguidedBliss

So glad to have you back with Dreamcatcher, no less! I also think Scream is my favourite out if this trilogy but I greatly enjoyed all three of them! Also yay! Handongie is back!!

Toan Toan

Yo man, I enjoy watching your content and I hope YOU enjoy making it first and foremost. Pls take care of yourself and at the end of the day, the person who really matters isn't us , but yourself.

Anactualdog

Take care of yourself, PD. Do the videos on your own terms, your videos have a unique tone that other reactors don't have.

Elena_Echo

Take care of yourself PD. We love all the content that you make but please put yourself first. We'll be there to support you.

Jenna M

Happy you are back and feeling well!! 🤗 I love everything about this comeback. Band is back together and it feels electric and powerful! SuA's symbols are very similar to Ahmanet's in the 2017 movie The Mummy. Thank you for your content!!!!!❤

Legacy

I forgot to comment on this. The quality of this video is absolutely insane PD. I can tell you put a lot of time into this there were so many great insights. I love your new set and happy to see you enjoy the Kulture study. Thanks as always for the early access.

Sebastien Dieu

Hello PD. I want to say thank you for this reaction, I always look forward to when you react to Dreamcatcher. I love your passion for their music and the way you break down the little details. I've thought about joining Patreon before, but I couldn't justify a monthly sub when I only really enjoy 1 or 2 videos every 3 or 4 months. My compromise is this, Im going to sub for this month then cancel. My plan is to do this everytime Dreamcatcher has a comeback and you do a reaction. I'm not trying to bribe you to make content on Dreamcatcher, just stating my intentions. I want to support you monetarily, but I don't want to feel like I'm paying for a sub that I never use. I hope this is ok and you don't mind.

I see their trilogy Scream - Boca - Odd Eye very much like a travel through time as well. Scream had this medieval element, some comparisons to witch hunting. Boca was urban, city feel, and Odd Eye, just like you said, very futuristic cyberpunk. The girls went into different Tree of Languages across time and space, but the finale in Odd Eye, they say, (forgive my basic translation): 'Finally close my Odd Eye'. They lost the hope of finding a Tree of Language that hasn't been killed/corrupted by hate (also Dami's and Gahyeon's lines about fading hope). I suppose the outcome is admitting that fight against hate is a process and will likely never be achieved. (which also makes me SUPER curious about their next comeback and where will they go from there) P.S. Every member has a particular symbolism to them (starting from their freaking debut, if you saw the book in Goodnight MV, for a moment the pages are open and you see 7 symbols/runes) - and we know for sure they are still relevant for this trilogy as around Boca promotions SuA said we should pay attention to the book. So. The significance of members symbols varies but what really caught me is the consistency of Gahyeons symbolism - she herself is the representation of Tree of Language. In Scream, she touches the crystal in the Tree that let's out the hate in the world. In Boca, she's shown bleeding and crying shinning liquid gold towards the end of MV, when the arrow is shot. And in Odd Eye, she starts being surrounded by greenery/branches, but at the Gahyeon's line just before the last chorus, the branches surrounding Gahyeon are BURNING. Also, this isn't the first time Gahyeon is portrayed with plants surrounding her particularly. Pretty sure that happened in Fly High too, maybe some other videos I missed. There are really in depth videos of symbolism in Dreamcatcher's storyline. No need to react to them but I think it's worth a watch for yourself :)
