A continuation off the previous post, thank you everyone. I’m not depressed or lonely for any particular reason it’s just...one of those DAYS you know? It’s hitting me heavy today and for no particular reason. And if I’m being honest, it’s most likely a COVID induced depression. I just feel so...trapped. Suffocating.

I know I was supposed to upload today but I can’t fake it for you guys. I really can’t. I never fake my videos and I can’t start now and I’m just so defeated right now. I’ll post today’s girl group reaction videos along with iland and running girls today; sorry.

But thank you guys. Your suggestions in the previous post are eye opening, things I never even thought of. I’m going to go work on it right now, and try out some of your suggestions. Be back soon. Stay strong everyone. This year like the previous just...it sucks. I hate this pandemic.

Why couldn’t it have been a zombie apocalypse?

I can definitely understand that covid is a big cause. I was listening to zombie by day 6 and was so bummed cause I feel exactly like that. Better days are coming PD! In the meantime, rest, eat good food, and take care of yourself <3 much love from NC

Agree with you PD, this pandemic sucks. Please do enjoy your time to reduce the stress level. We always need it from time to time.

It must be you PMS-ing and/or your period may be coming along🙃... it's so weird when hormones are all out of whack. Please take care! ❤

I'm someone who doesn't have any mental issues and I can say I've never really felt depressed or at least that low but lockdown and covid has actually had me in some pretty hard times, so I can't imagine how hard it must be for people who do. I'm glad you're going to work on yourself, thats the best place to start :) Take care of yourself ❤

Its all good PD I was going through an deep depression episode last week but luckily it was only day and not a whole week or month like it usually is. Just try to find something outside the norm to do and if nothing seems to be working just try to keep your head clear and power through the day. Hopefully you'll be feeling better tomorrow.

If it was a zombie apocalypse at least we have a plan for it lol look up conplan 8888 on info graphics YouTube

I think everything that's going on, not just Covid, has surrounded everyone with negative energy. Its really effected everyone, especially for those who are big empaths or struggle with mental health in general. And its basically impossible to get away from. Its hard to feel optimistic about anything when everything is going shit. I understand where you are coming from. I hope you are okay and I don't think anyone will be upset with you if you need space or time for yourself.

Don’t worry, take all the time you need & please don’t fake it for us/do reactions because it feels like a chore! From an audience perspective as well, I prefer a few really good genuine reactions rather than a ton of fake half-hearted reactions.

Take your time pd! I have been struggling with this too lately. I’m not really good at giving advice but I care about you and I hope you’re ok and that some of the suggestions help you feel better! And don’t worry about posting things late, take care of yourself and when you’re up to filming the videos we’ll be here 🥰

Take care of yourself, the bad days are disheartening but we all just hope the next one is better. And no, not a zombie apocalypse. We’re all too lazy for running from zombies.

As one of my favorite teachers always said, "take it easy, but not too easy". I interpreted this as take breaks when you can and when you feel like you can make a push, got for it, but don't over exert yourself. Also I'm excited for running girls, it was one of the most healing shows I've ever seen. I hope it motivates you too.

PD, we appreciate you and always, take the time you need for yourself. The pandemic has definitely taken it's toll on the cabin fever end of things for us all. One thing that helps is reaching out to a few people you might know. Everyone is always in need of someone in some way, hearing another human's voice goes a long way. Going out for walks relatively close to your neighborhood is good or a place that you know is secluded/away from people that you can escape to momentarily. I've seen quite a few people adopt pets at the moment as well that helps them out and keeps them company. We'll always be here to hear you and support you if you need more release. Take care!

Take care of yourself, PD. It's really tough right now but you are doing well. We will be here when you feel ready to come back.

That song is literally how I’ve been feeling since last March holy shit 😭😭

For PD and everyone who needs it. You are loved!!!! I don’t know any of you but I love you all and know I’m not alone in that!

Candice

We are here with you PD! Take all the time you need! I don’t know if it helps you or anyone else to hear this but I hope it helps you to feel that you aren’t alone. I have chronic anxiety disorder which can lead to really low days especially when the pandemic hit and I was confined to my home. I’m only just now slowly feeling better and it took my parents having to come to my apartment and basically deep clean/reset my apartment. Idk if cleaning helps other people but for me it’s like I was drowning and cleaning and getting rid of junk made it feel like I could slightly breathe again.

Don't apologize PD we love you. Take care of yourself ❤❤❤

Take your time, PD! Health needs to be everyone's priority! We will patiently waiting

There's no one thing that will work for everyone when going through depression. I hope you have good people in your life that you can talk to. Music is one thing that lifts my spirits, I run through different playlists depending on the day. I hope you are able to find what works for you.

Auds

We love you PD! Take your time to heal~

COVID has been complete hell on everyone’s mental state. When I’m feeling down I listen to music or I will watch videos/shows. Schitt’s Creek and Big Bang Theory have been our go-town’s during Covid. We’ve seen them so many times, but they still make us laugh and take our minds off of everything for long enough to make us feel better. I also love watching fan videos of kpop groups on YouTube of how silly they are. The ATEEZ ones are my favorite, but their my ultimate bias group. I hope you were able to find something to help you feel better! You take care of yourself and do whatever you need to do. You’re true fans will be there no matter what. Sending love! ❤️

I feel you bro. I'll tell you what cheers me up every now and then though: re-watching your videos. No bs. Lil things like that just lifts my mood and I have you to thank for it. Stay strong. Stay safe. And JFC WHY couldn't it have been zombies??
