This is during/around Run Away era, so their first comeback! This was just their first variety show so they are very awkward around cameras lmao

run away had just come out when to do came out, but this was also the first variety shows they did, crown era they didn’t do varieties much at all. they are much more comfortable with variety stuff now, but their initial awkwardness is very endearing. also, please don’t ask for soobin to get teller, dude is already 6’2 or something and moas can’t handle more height lmao. TXT are all really tall so it’s not noticeable when they are all together, but their average height is like 5’11.

In my head I know they're all freaking tall but watching stuff like dance practices and stuff you can't even tell they're giants because they're great dancers, it trips me out actually seeing their heights spelled out even after being a moa since debut

Wow finishing this made me reminisce ab the days when txt were still so awkward and careful on camera. Recently ENHYPEN and TXT did a joint show called Playground and it really shows how far they’ve come, they were the confident goofballs trying to help ENHYPEN loosen up and have fun, I forgot there was a time when they were nervous rookies too. TXT have said before that early in their careers they felt a lot of pressure to appear a certain way in front of the camera because of the eyes that were on them being the first group since BTS under Big Hit and they didn’t want to make their seniors look bad. Thankfully they’ve grown beyond that now, more and more people see TXT for TXT these days.

The first few episodes are a little slower and their more awkward but as you go on they get really fun and the members are more confident.

I'm so excited you're finally checking this out! If I remember correctly, the awkwardness is only strong in the first couple of episodes. Episodes 3 and 4 are hilarious, they are already much more comfortable there.

This was filmed during their first comeback 7 months after their debut (March 2019). The comeback kept being pushed for about 3 months (Aug - Oct 21) because the members were sick, so this also affected them appearing on variety shows...even vlive.

YESS! TXT is literally my favourite group ever so I'm extremely happy we're checking out To do!! They seem awkward because it's their first variety show and it's right during their first comeback. But the later episodes get hilarious.

The awkwardness goes away in a few episodes!! They're really shy boys at the start! They are really always so wary of things at the beginning. Bighit never trained them to be on variety shows haha they have a joint variety show called Playground with Enhypen (it only has 2 episodes) I wish you could check it out after Iland! It's cute because it's now the other way around. TXT is crazy and Enhypen is the one adjusting to the variety show set up!

as someone that has watched Run BTS since 2017 you can really tell the Big Hit style in editing is permeant in this variety show as well lol

I have a suggestion but only if you can spare the time because I know you're working hard. Would it be possible that if 2 episodes are technically the same like ep1 and ep2, could you combine them into one video? Like you have done for the recent going seventeen videos. That way we can get through them a bit faster. I totally understand if you can't though because it is an extra 30mins of you having to watch in one sitting
