Patreon 5k Celebration (Patreon)

We hit 5,000 patrons today!

That's nuts. At the end of last month we barely hit 4,500 patrons. When the month restarted we lost a little over 1,000 patrons and that's fine and normal. We lose around 500-700 patrons on average at the cycle of every month so my goal this month was to only regain the same amount. That's my goal every month!

And yet we exceeded the 4,500 patrons goal and hit 5,000. That's insane. The more we grow the more people I can hire, the more I hire the more I can do. 

Until last month I had done 100% of everything on my channel and although simple, it consumed 100% of my day and I got little done. But as we've grown I've hired an assistant and that freed up much more time for me to film even MORE content for Patreon.

In the next few months, if I can maintain this 5k patrons number, I'm also going to hire a permanent editor which will also vastly improve the quality of my YouTube videos. I've also got several projects I've been working on for months and hopefully we can focus more assets towards that.

Admittedly, I'm really busy this week in particular but we HAVE to celebrate! So this Friday (day after tomorrow) and Saturday I'll be hosting two movie nights LIVESTREAMS.

Tomorrow at 6PM PST I'll be doing a HORROR MOVIE NIGHT. I'm specifically choosing 6PM because night time will make it scarier for me. Now I know a lot of our audience is also overseas so I will also be doing a NON-HORROR MOVIE NIGHT on Saturday at 11AM PST.

I'm really grateful to everyone, and honestly, it feels almost fateful because I absolutely had a nervous breakdown last night so our livestream today and achieving our highest patron membership yet really gave me a reassurance.

Unfortunately these two movie nights are the only things I can repay y'all with for now. I have a lot that I want to do and a lot we're working on to bring even more to this Patreon but I've also learned to not reveal shit before it's ready in case it falls apart so all I can say is, thank you, we've got a lot more in store for the next coming months, and I'll see you tomorrow and Saturday!

*EDIT: This post previously said the horror movie night would be on Friday tomorrow, but I just realized today is NOT Thursday lol. Horror movie night will be FRIDAY still and not tomorrow.
