i feel so BAD for the people who doesnt know how much of an ICON Lee Byung Hyun is in South Korea... because that literally is one of the points of the reveal... you would never guess an A-list actor to reveal himself at the end. It's hard to get him to do this, his talent fee alone is massive. And I agree he has a particular english accent, if you watch his hit series, Mr. Sunshine, where he speaks a lot of english, you would know that's him immediately but I never connected the dots because it feels impossible which is a mistake on my part back then.... because they literally even got Gong Yoo (another A-list actor) to be in here for a short time in the first place. I should have known lmao

I believe Jun-ho is still alive only because he didn't shoot In-ho to kill him, he shot him in his non-dominant shoulder EVEN THOUGH it was his last bullet. And so In-ho did exactly the same. Jun-ho fell off the cliff and doesn't appear to have hit any rocks on his way down so I believe he's still alive. He might not be doing so good, though... Edit: Also that shot afterwards of In-ho looking at the mirror and seeing Jun-ho seems to imply that they are mirror images or inverses of each other... whatever that means.

THAT'S MY EXACT THOUGHT. I almost feel like the Gong Yoo cameo was INTENTIONAL so you never even think of Lee Byung Hun possibly doing another cameo.

(Typing while watching) in the beginning of the episode did you notice how they had all the games on the wall? They were working so hard in the beginning to find out what the next game was and it was there in front of their faces the whole time. That way, they technically have a fair chance to prepare but of course only if they would have figured it out.

During the marble scene, Ji Yeong quoted Lee Byung-hun famous lines from a movie and asked Sae Byeok if she knew who Lee Byung-hun was. That was suppose to be an easter egg.

Funny thing... I don't watch K-Dramas much, but before I started Squid Game, I was watching Mr Sunshine and Lee Byung-hun is the one English speaking Korean character there. So once this Front Man spoke English in the first episode I was like: "Isn't it the same actor??"
