I agree with your points at the end, PD! Actually, Heeseung is a lot more shy and introverted than you saw on I-land. He was super stressed on I-land and put in the leader position so he was forced to take the lead, but his real personality is super soft-spoken but goofy and always making the members laugh. Really his growth has been his maturity and mindset, which you'll see in interviews and his solo lives. Heeseung says he has a lot of pieces of him that he doesn't show the fans, he's also really self-conscious and doesn't post on social media much because he doesn't have pictures of himself that he likes 😭.

I love this episode sooooo much. The way Jake is so happy upon seeing the toys despite the fact that he just spent 80,000 won on them is so endearing to me plus I'm really amazed that he thought of asking discount in the beginning. I also get your point on the ending about the difference in production. I do think Hybe hire production team for this just like how we've seen with GoSe but I really do hope they'll make a much more elaborate and well-thought concept since the members are really funny and they have a great chemistry,

Niki has come so far and it's such a joy to watch. On I-Land and right after debut he didnt seem as confident and was more silent most of the time (i really saw that during their vlives) but my god he really came out of his shell and got lots more confidence - makes sense since he's way more fluent in korean now. And I'm just so proud to see where he is now 😔💗

after episode 7 the episodes do come in pairs or even 3 ep long parts! i definitely agree that these early eps feel short tho

to your question about enoclock episodes, yes they get longer! they’re definitely still figuring things out at this point i think, but continuous episodes are coming starting from 8-10, 11-13, 14-15, 16-17, and 18-19 so don’t worry they won’t feel like they end so abruptly soon enough! and the fun discussion about the members, yes i definitely agree that they’re shining so much more now compared to the show. they all said that it was extremely stressful back then, and they’re so much more relaxed and happier now that they don’t have to live in fear of elimination lol. ni-ki has definitely changed a LOT, he is so smiley, silly, and happy and really reminds us that he’s really just a kid still. jake too, i was pretty lukewarm about him during the show bc he never really got time to shine properly but now i cant imagine this group without him, he brings such a bright energy and they all said he’s the member they feel comfortable with by just seeing him, plus he’s SO funny and out of the box sometimes. jay is still the same hilarious sweet caring hardworking person he was, but he’s definitely way more relaxed and (according to himself) doesn’t cry as much but according to the members he’s still their biggest softie and cries the most lol. sunghoon was (and still is) shy but nowadays he’s getting so much better. he said in the interview a couple days ago that he never had many friends so he didn’t smile or chatted much but now with the group he can smile more easily and you definitely can see it in him. hee i feel had such a big role in iland being forced into leader position all the time even though he didn’t want it, but now with him basically being jungwon’s support he’s happier this way, and yes he’s SO dorky now when in the show his image was just cool collected ace but now look at him, he’s basically a second maknae. sunoo has always been a sunshine but it’s really coming through more now, he wasn’t especially close with anyone before the show but looking at him now you wouldn’t have thought that. and jungwon, i remember coming off the show it was a shock for almost everyone that he became leader. i think the show didn’t highlight his leadership skills but nowadays it’s hard to imagine anyone else for the position. he’s doing a really good job at keeping the team together while looking after them, i.e. when another member has a schedule he stays awake and waits for them. i have a lot to say about their growth but this is basically an essay now so i’ll stop but i’m very very proud of these boys and how far they’ve come!

seeing ni-ki be taken care of and being so comfortable with all the other members makes my heart warm 😭 iland was so hard on him but LOOK AT HIM NOW

Based on the show I thought Heeseung would become the leader but your points make sense why it didn't become him. Heeseung is clearly the most trained and most skilled of the members, and the oldest, and how he took care of people on I-LAND made me think he'd be a good leader but I see now he was forced into being the leader there just because he was the oldest but really he's actually more introverted. On the flipside, Jungwon seemed quiet/possibly introverted on I-LAND but seeing now, he's just always listening and very careful with his words but not introverted! Makes for a great leader.

Dont worry, the episodes gets longer. Ep 8, 9 and 10 should be watched together and then 11, 12 and 13. So from episode 7 the episodes gets longer and there is more episodes that are in 2 or 3 parts

Paula Guerra

Oh man !! I can't wait to get out of work and watch this again with you. This ep. Made me so happy! Just seeing them having fun and laughing brings so much joy to my life fr

Ryan Dylan

Yes these episodes are short. But as other's have said they get longer and there are more 2 and 3 part episodes. They also have bonus content for each episode for Weverse members. But all the bonus content can be found on Youtube for free. (People who are braver than me upload the content there). But even with these shorter episodes I love seeing their every growing bond. I love to hear them all laugh and have fun.

Maybe you can watch their en-log's each of the member's made after en-o'clock too!

Sunghoon not having a lot of friends growing up(probably because of figure skating and maybe in combination with his personality) makes sense. It makes me think about all the times where he'll just randomly say he loves Enhypen or something like that and how the members tease him for always doing that. It comes off as cheesey some times, but you can feel that he means it. His love for the enha chant too

Ah I forgot to comment this when I watched this yesterday, but the nice room they filmed them choosing their items in is actually a resting area/makeup room! From what I can tell, it's usually the hallway that has a door that connects to that room, and then there's another door inside said room that connects to the dance practice room. I've gathered this from watching a lot of HYBE artists' content mainly on Youtube and Vlives!
