Believe me I love gaon but this episode I just couldn't support him, like ik he was grieving and being used but still

gaon was told by everyone that he was being manipulated or used by yohan and that yohan was a terrible person, and yet the person who was ACTUALLY manipulating him was mr “oH i’m SO rigHteoUs”. also, it just makes me sad cuz like,,,,,,, even though they’ve had MANY disagreements and gaon has walked away before, gaon has ultimately always chosen to stick by yohan’s side. even when he was furious and doubting him, he still would try to defend yohan to the professor and suhyeon (we even see that in this episode). yet the first time he truly fights against yohan in this way, he’s being lied to and his grief is being taken advantage of and the outcome is THIS MF OF AN EPISODE. wtf

This was such a crazy episode! Never would I have thought Elijah was responsible for the fire. That ending was so hard to watch.. Every time Gaon kept looking at the ground I kept thinking he was looking for the knife to stab himself and then in the end he does say, that's when I decided to die.. I'm scared to watch the finale now

wow the scene when they confront eachother and gaon leaves yohans office always reminds me of going to the light because of the bright white light shining in when he opens the door. I wonder why it was done like that...

Man I've had bad feelings about the professor since the episode where gaon sides with yohan infront of him, and this episode was the biggest red flag so the reveal for me was more of a "I knew it" moment

This really was an emotionally painful episode to watch for many reasons but it was also my favorite episode because of these twisted reveals. You can clearly see Gaon starting to be hesitant right after he revealed Yohan in front of the press. It felt like he wasn’t even sure if he made the wrong decision or right. Also, he constantly tried to trust Yohan, and didn’t wanted Yohan to go too far (he kept defending Yohan whenever people said bad things about him). That is why the chairwoman had to make the final call by killing the person who killed Suhyun and show it to Gaon…A lot of people were mad at Gaon(because he didn’t trust Yohan) but I saw Gaon as a person who was so confused and lost but yet having hope for the guy he once trusted. I kept thinking that Gaon wanted to protect Yohan by stoping him, since he knew it will effect him somehow later on. Gaon was a really complicated character in this episode and Jinyoung really acted well. I remember watching the last few seconds over and over again when he said “I decided to die”.

I'm watching this show for the first time with you guys. When I first saw the actor who played the professor/supreme court, I had a bad feeling about him since he made a career of portraying as the bad guy. This show almost gave me hope until the reveal. I was laughing because I actually that that dude was gonna be a good guy from start to end.

man i was just shoked during those whole last minutes since the professor reveal until the end, i really wasnt expecting that and things to get more fucked up in this level im just heartbroken and damn i dont even know what to expect after that

There are two characters i want killed off as soon as the show starts and its the prosecutor from Vincenzo and the professor in The Devil Judge. I have so much hatred for them every time i saw them on screen. I rewatched both dramas with you now and i still feel the same. But also, i was sus about the professor since the beginning. To me, in a world like that he seemed TOO straight and narrow, hammering on the same points over and over. like he was convincing the people around him. hated that i was right about it.

ssssshayyyyy

It's very depressing to think that somewhere in dystopian world, Gaon is alone and lonely because the one constant in his life is no longer there. all because he looked like someone's dead brother and I AM SO MAD I WANNA HAUNT THESE PEOPLE
