This was such an interesting concept

h

i remember when this episode dropped carats on twitter were racking their brains trying to understand the rules lol. it was the one time we all actually paused to read the rules when usually we just try to understand as the games go on. i loved this concept so much and am really proud of the boys cause i really had little faith in them lol.

The main goal for Seventeen: beat Yoon Jeonghan

god, jeonghan is so scary in this episode

YES! Thank you! I was so excited for you to see this one for the sake of jeonghan doing manipulation gymnastics.

I'm the opposite of you because I'm usually 1000% hoshi when it comes to these games but I LOVED this episode! I'm only very casually into svt but these guys...jeonghan.. *chef's kiss*

honestly, i probably would’ve sided with jeonghan 💀😭 sorry woozi, i AM a piece of plastic

This episode is definitely one of my favorite despite the fact that it took me so much time before I actually understand the rules haha. This episode is also the reason why I'm really hoping that we get a mafia or any mind game where both Woozi and Jeonghan is on the same team. Like what you said it was really amazing how Jeonghan approach and persuade each member and the fact that he chose Hoshi, S.Coups and Mingyu as the members who will help him was so on point. I really can't wait for your reactions on the future episodes, GoSe 2021 is just legendary.

I love how this shows the relationship each of the members have with Jeonghan (ie hoshi being like hyung what am I doing) but also how well Jeonghan understands all his members (ie didn’t even try and convince like Minghao bc he knew he wouldn’t)

this episode is so great it was so funny and i just always love seeing jeonghan using his brain like that he is such a master of manipulation in games

Vernon's weverse name used to be half plastic lmao. I totally forgot about that and why he did it.

ahhh this episode is so good and they all look so good in it !! also I just keep thinking/remembering about the future episodes in this season and theyre honestly all quite iconic i fear, I think you're gonna have a great time with this season. Like as much as going seventeen has always been great I think last year really amped it up in a lot of ways and I think it will remain a pretty legendary season for gose. Its just hit after hit after hit each episode

Honestly, I think this ep kinda really boiled down to Wonwoo/Woozi vs Jeonghan. Wonwoo was straight up fighting against Jeonghan and kept everyone honest by tallying up the totals. Woozi did the psychological warfare and made it so that any betrayals would be ironed into Going Seventeen history. Without both of them acting as they did, I suspect we would have seen more betrayal.

I absolutely loved the first episode of this series, one of my favorites. but didn't really like the second one because it became too predictable. Everyone knew what the final result was going to be and it lost the appeal to me. I feel like this would become so much better and so much more tense if the results weren't revealed at the end of the second round, only on the first one. It would be sooo nail biting because we wouldn't know for sure if someone was lying through the last 2 rounds and had betrayed them. And the final reveal would be so rewarding, whatever the result was. This reveal just felt meh, there was no suspense whatsoever.
