hey looks like Ep 2 got skipped over. also, about the episode; this isn't a spoiler but when i rewatched this series from the start, i realized we never see Hisoka do that move ever again!!! nor is it explained HOW he did something like that! lol

I've seen it explained that it was censoring, I don't think it was flowers in the manga

The English dub is less bad than I expected, but I still vastly prefer the Eng sub - hope you guys will consider switching to that later on, especially once shit goes down. One of my favorite episodes of all time!!! Just something to add to your discussion at the end - PD asked whether multiple people can pass the exam or whether it was just one person. They did mention during the episode that it's entirely up to the whim of the examiners; so if, for one year's exam, the examiners decide they just want to pass one person, then only one person will pass. If the next year, they decide they want to pass no more than ten people, then exactly ten will pass (within the rules of the exam section they set ofc). I think it's fascinating the extreme amount of power each examiner has over their own section, which they definitely delve into later on -- it makes for infinite possibilities and keeps everyone guessing. RIP Dezzy's mental breakdown at the powers lol. Looking forward to seeing PD's reaction to that part. THE WORLDBUILDING
