I woke up at 5 today (trying to apply what you guys said) and it's currently 9pm and I'm beattt. Honestly I was starting to lose energy around 12pm 😅(probably cause I also slept 11 30pm the night before). BUT I actually really liked this routine. I woke up, drank coffee, did the the dishes, exercised, showered, had breakfast and it was still only 9 30am. That was kinda amazing to me. To be able to accomplish so many things by that time, when usually I would have just woken up. So now I'm planning to make this my fixed morning routine of what I have to accomplish before I go to uni or work (praying that I can maintain it🙏😅)

Stans are really scary. They literally shit on you for not liking their ults. Personal preference is I'll like whatever I like when I hear it. Anyone could be singing and if I like it, I honestly don't care their identity, personal history, personality etc. PD: I'm reaching but maybe when rock songs actually starting winning the contests, now everyone is doing it. Last year was all retro songs. I'm all for it too! I grew up on rock and kinda phased out of mainstream music until recently so its nice to get that familiar sound.

Hi PD I'm really enjoying these longer, ranty-type podcasts. I'm a psych major trying to finish my final year and I make an hour-long trip to campus from work every day. these things keep me going. I wanted to ask- maybe more to dezzy as a black person- what your experience was like getting into Kpop and K dramas. I often have to defend myself to my friends about it to the point where I just don't mention it or anything around them anymore. if I have them in the car I can't listen to my own music or stuff like that. it always turns into a discussion of what little Korean boys can offer me that the chris browns and ushers can. it's not a problem per se and I have accepted that my friends and I don't share that particular interest but I'm curious about other experiences if you'd indulge me.

The whole stans need to know they represent the idol they stan when they send hate has kinda evolved. Now you’ll see haters purposefully make their pfps a different idol and then spread hate so it looks like “this fandom” is toxic it’s almost psychological warfare it’s insane.

+ there’s a lot of hate in this world and it really baffles me because it really seems to be more exhausting to be hateful than to just let people be. Idk when PD plans to listen to Jack in The Box but there’s a song called Equal Sign and it really does articulate that feeling that it really does take nothing to be kind and let people just live and not hateful
