PD... The concept of tripleS is rotating subunit... fans had a hand placing each member into which subunit... and the subunit are not permanent... its a way to promote the whole groups in a smaller scale... these videos show you how the concept works... please please react to them once you do you will understand... that the word Disband does NOT apply... https://youtu.be/5itgf7M7Quc https://youtu.be/01IsJufZFpU

I really wouldn't call it "disbandment". The general idea is: every album gets a new subunit, a new combination of different members. But if one specific lineup happens to be so insanely successfull and popular that they manage to sell 100k albums, then that unit might get a comeback. Like, nobody is saying that the NCT U Make A Wish lineup disbanded, right? So I wouldn't use the word "disbandment" in the context of tripleS either.

I’ve been catching up on TripleS Signal lately. It is an intimidating amount of content for such a new group lol. Very interesting though.

I really hope you react to the “Rolex” live stage soon!

So the entire concept for TripleS from the start was that they will have constantly rotating subunits which the members also knew when joining TripleS. However Modhaus, their company, implemented a special rule that if a subunit is super loved and hit 100K sales they will keep that subunit for future comebacks. Unfortunately since AAA didnt hit that number they will "disband" but they did do super well for a debut and I love them. There is also a chance they get to get back together at another point just under a different name since fans can vote for which members go into subunits Btw it was just confirmed that they will be having a subunit debut where the fans get to choose their title track with all of their 10 members somewhere early in 2023 so I'm super excited for that.

The way he could immediately recognize Bibi's sister just through her energy....

That rule with the album sales is so unrealistic, wth are they thinking. This is one of the best debuts this year and they "disband" the subunit. I have a feeling this agency will end up like BlockBerry

As mentioned before, the point is not to hit 100k sales, of course they will not hit 100k sales with the first few comebacks. The point is to have constantly rotating subunits

I don’t think it compares to Izone’s panorama performance MV but it’s good nonetheless

their concept is evolving as they figure out what works best for them the company had to know they wouldnt sell 100k immediately being a new label i feel like they just wanted to debut these first units quickly andthat was something they were trying to get a reaction from fans for but yeah def check out the daily vids a member at a time is the best way especially in the beginning since theirs less time between members in the beginning like 2 weeks or 3 but it gets longer the more into them u get s9 just came out but s10 is seemingly coming pretty quick b4 the 10 member debut as a full group

You know PD. Ignore me. Just go watch their reality show show : SIGNAL (TripleS) - recommend doing 1-3 episodes per sitting as they’re SHORT. But honestly. I fell in love with tripleS harder then I already did. They have the MUSIC AND THEIR REALITY SERIES?????? I’m so so so sold. The company really putting MONEYYYY into them. It’s paying off honestly.

i thought the exact same thing abt the girl with the bangs reminding me of youngeun!!! i was gonna mention it in a comment and then u said it lol !

tripleS are definitely a group that forces you to trust the process. as someone who's been following the group since it was announced that jaden jeong was starting his own company, it's really interesting seeing the difference in reactions from long time(ish) fans vs new comers to the news that aaa is dissolving. considering we didn't know that there was even an option to maintain the units before modhaus announced the 100k album sale exception in september, none of us were expecting them to achieve that immediately. if anything, their fans are really excited to see everchanging member combinations and concepts. on the other hand, new comers who enjoyed generation generally seem to think the group's current success relies solely on this specific member combination, which might be true in other circumstances, but i think the group is in great hands considering the history of their conceptual/a&r/producing team/ceo. jaden jeong is once again leading a creative behemoth of a project, and has organized his team in a way that supports it. he's brought on a lot of producers and a&r from his loona days, as well as a couple from his ongoing work with onlyoneof. it's quite fascinating to see a creative individual so determined to constantly challenge themselves. the "idol of all possibilities" need a creative team that can support that. there's nothing to hide behind with a group that's structured like this. thus far the concepts have been decided BEFORE the members were (though ofc im sure adjustments are made) meaning they had to suit any arbitrary combination of members the fans choose. the turnaround for aaa's debut was just ONE month from when the member's were voted in to the unit. his conceptual work with loona and onlyoneof definitely led him to this point, and i'm really looking forward to what he and his team have planned. (ps. undermood film is the production company who worked on the generation mv!)
