Welcome to the Weekly Therapy Podcast!

This is a passion project of mine that I’ve been looking forward to for a long time.

The podcast will be our go to place for just chatting, some bonus reactions, deep group or artist discussions, and most importantly good music.

This first episode doesn’t feature reactions and not every week will. It’ll usually depend on the week and the subject matter at hand but for the first week I wanted to make it more about us and the podcast itself before we really kick things off next week with episode two where we introduce our different podcast “segments”.

The podcast is available in both video and audio form and will be a Patreon exclusive so long as we can’t play music.

The podcasts will be out every Monday, Patreon reactions will follow on Tuesday and public YT uploads will follow on Wednesday.

I hope you guys enjoy the first episode and we look forward to improving your week further in the future!

Currently watching the podcast right now and I am so excited for this! Something you mentioned at the beginning of wanting to put the podcasts on places like Apple Podcasts, Spotify, etc. and an idea I think could be great is there is another podcast I watch here and there where they have a portion of the podcast that gets put on YouTube, then the full, extended version of the podcast goes on their Patreon which I think could work really well if you still want to do some reactions on the podcast. Let's say you have a 2 hour podcast episode, the first hour can just be talking and no reactions and that can go on Apple Podcasts and stuff, but the full 2 hour podcast where in that back hour there are reactions, can be exclusive to Patreon. This is of course just an idea but if it is something you really want to do, I think this is a great way to do it!

I enjoyed the podcast and it definitely didn't feel off or anything at all! Probably because of your past experience with podcasts. I really enjoyed your guys' personal touch to all of the topics, relating it back to yourselves rather than just talking about something generally. Looking forward to more :)

That whole aspect of just walking around the street and finding random restaurants is also a thing in many parts of Europe. I stumbled across my favourite pizza place outside of Italy when I was casually exploring London on foot. Or Düsseldorf where I live. I keep mentioning the old town but you have no idea how absolutely jam packed it is with bars and restaurants. Düsseldorf literally has the second highest density of bars and restaurants in all of Europe. Only falling behind London. There's a reason why this city has the nickname "Die längste Theke der Welt" (the world's longest bar counter). And most of it is not really accessible by car. You have to park in a garage somewhere and walk. Or better yet, just leave the car at home and take public transit. Or you could do what you did with Dezz last year and just completely rename the podcast for every single episode :D I really like that last song! If I may give you a song recommendation, check out Fallback by Nightlife. I think this song really fits the vibe you're going for with the music in this podcast :)

Exo D.O. actually released a solo EP when he returned from the military along with a music video for the title track, Rose. It might be more acoustic than you're used to, but I loved it and recommend you do a listening party to it. I know you have a hectic schedule and a complete list of things to watch right now but I would also be so happy if you were to watch one of D.O.'s movies or shows on Patreon as well especially Swing Kids.

Regarding Chinese Kpop idols. It was really weird... yes, the main problem was because of THAAD, but for example with WayV it was pretty obvious that all of them are in Korea and since they were able to perform in China shortly after their debut, they had to be able to fly there from Korea and then back... I checked on D.O. and his participation on EXO's title tracks, he is in all of them. Maybe he wasn't promoting that much and that's why it feels like he was missing, but I don't know that, I am not that much into EXO. You got me surprised with the statement of Spanish architecture doesn’t have the variety feeling!!... As someone who visited Spain many times already I was a bit confused by your statement. But then you made it clear by saying America just copied it. Oh! So Subway in the US is shit?? A few years ago you mentioned in one stream that Subway was the worst fast food and I was so surprised, because here in Czech Republic, it is good and I don't feel afraid to say I like Subway. It is not probably as good as in Korea, but still... I don’t mind going there. By the way, PD, you can use shazam in your Apple Watch as well, so it won’t feel so awkward.
