Junkyu really stepped up as a vocalist/lyricist and a composer this era,he already has a distinct sound and it’s all over the album.the fact that this is his first time officially composing for treasure is really impressive and no wonder he was called the face of rebranding and a genius producer in every article..imagine waiting for years then debuting with songs like move, bomb and I want your love ( he did the vocal directing for these songs too) my favorite song gotta be the way to❤️‍🩹

Lia

the female voice you mentioned in RUN is actually junkyu harmonizing with Ruto….his range is insane

leen

Hands down my favorite album from them 🙌🏻 I thought Hello era sounded very TREASURE but THIS is definitely the most TREASURE-sounding album they've put out, and not just because of the members' involvement. I think they've solidified their group identity music-wise with this one. There's a certain maturity and confidence here that takes it to the next level for me. I can already see how good this whole album will be at concerts. Personal favorites are B.O.M.B and The Way To.

Lilla

I completely agree with you: this is their best album yet. I really like the versatility, everyone can find what they like in this album. As for the members, I'm really proud of Junkyu. He finally got to release his songs which are AMAZING, I'm so thankful to YG for letting them compose or write their own stuff. My TOP 3: 1. LOVESICK (I'm literally in love with this song, THE LYRICS!!!) 2. Wonderland (Asahi's opening stole my heart, the chorus is fantastic) 3. RUN (WHAT A BANGER OMG. If you ask me who treasure is I would show you this song) But obviously I liked every single track on this album, what a masterpiece oh my god. I'm so glad you liked this album and I knew you would absolutely love B.O.M.B !!!! Treasure is so fcking talented and I can't wait for their future stuff. And thank you for the reaction, you truly made my day happier.

Yamai is my most listened to Treasure song by a lot, really soothing <3

haugy

Your reaction to B.O.M.B was amazing thanks for the LP! Loved this album and am excited for Treasure’s future 💎

y4t

i knew you would love the album. loved how they all improved so much like everyone one has their time to shine. for the faseltto in move some are by junkyu and some are by jihoon, jihoon stated in a live recently

Tasia

I absolutely loved this album!!! I'm soo proud of everyone and the improvements and the fact that the members had a hand in most of the songs just made me happy. I also agree B.O.M.B was my favorite on the album and has been living in my mind rent free!!!its just amazing to look ta the growth in skill and confidence in the members since Treasure box I'm just really excited for the future. Also throughout the album they give me like an ikon and bigbang mash up like them two had a kid and that is what treasure is now!!!

Skie

I loved this album so much. My favorites are I want your love, The Way to, Wonderland, and G.O.A.T. This album is gonna sound amazing at concerts and award shows. I love how prominent Doyoung's voice is in this album, it's like discovering a rare Treasure trove. Their vocals are also getting better with every album. Like you said Pd, this album is how I imagined them to release during their pre-debut days, it's like a dream come true for me. I just soo love this lively and fresh energy from Treasure. This album is just so Treasure Coded

I think Their self-composition just makes it so much better. Yamai is just so Asahi, Gentle, Retro, and artistic. Junkyu surprised us all with his quirky composing style, I am so excited about his future endeavors. The rap trio is in the League of its own and Yoshi he is just my fav of favs, I am so excited to see more compositions from him, we can tell that he grew up listening to BB. Aaah overall this album is pure nostalgia, a little bit of everything they and we grew up listening to.

Been wauting for this!!!! Thanks PD. And I Agree with you, LET TREASURE WRITE AND COMPOSE MORE. These boys definitely got the talent and capturing their audience. I'm so impressed with Jaehyuk, Doyoung and Most especially Junghwan. Their voices really improved so much and i'm so happy to hear more of them in this album. My fave is BOMB & GOAT, those two are like really one of their Best Song for me. But overall this album is a no Skip Album. They really that group who doea not stick to specific genre but love to play around and explore and always nail it! Been watching them since debut and i'm so proud to see their growth and i'm very sure they will just keep getting better as time passby. Looking forward for more masterpices from them.

Isabella N.

bomb is my favorite off this album and one of my favorite treasure songs so far! there’s something about junkyu and asahi songs that get me. almost half of my favorite treasure songs were made by one of them (bomb, thank you, move, lovesick/yamai)

Amidala48

Before the album got released, Jihoon once said he thought that fans would love BOMB song as he did. I love every song on this album but BOMB really hit me unexpectedly. I also semi-cried after hearing this song but from happiness. By the way, about BOMB song, I think you were about to say something about PK (producer) and you forgot.

Kiki

i absolutely love the bsides of this album and i love how much more involved more of them are allowed to be in their music. i've been listening to Wonderland and BOMB on REPEAT since the album came out!

Yukari

This album is SPECTACULAR, run & bomb are my favs

Winter Rian ~

This album is so good... Every single song.... But damn... my instant replay song of this album is b.o.m.b. Going crazy finally found it's significant other. From the first few seconds I just knew this is THE song for me and I just knew you'd absolutely be blown away by it so I just couldn't wait until you finally check it out. And the way you literally ascended listening to the beginning of the song - i felt that on a spiritual level PD! tysm!

Lilla

off topic but kinda treasure related: I just wanted to let you know that Bang Yedam has signed with GF Entertainment (Kingdom's company), so we can expect new songs from him soon!!

Kae

All the songs in Reebot is amazing. I can't choose one because I feel like every members try to introduce their fave music and how the music influence them as an artist. I love how Yoshi not rapping in his own songs. I love how Hyun Suk changing his accent in each song and Haruto trying to find different tone. And of course I feel that PD is really into treasure's members because you know all of their names.

WiseSmellyLegs

I started to notice Treasure more after their reaction to Still Life by BIGBANG and also with their cover of it. By their emotions and words they said I realized one thing… Many of them are like me! They grew up on BIGBANG and this album prooves it a lot! And although I would listen to their music here and there (mainly their latest comeback before this one, with Hello), now I am really getting into then and I am paying attention more and more! I feel like the whole "statement" of YG Next Movement is not just about BABYMONSTER, but about Treasure and maybe the whole YGEnt. in general. As HyunSuk said in their MAMA 2022 performance: "It's the new YG"... I feel like they are trying to bring back the old school swag and style of YG, but not totally the same, because they are adding like a "new flavor" of the current Kpop and scene. And this is basically the description of this album. Heavily reminiscent of BIGBANG, but not like copying them, just making it obvious that the members grew up on them and although they are going in their footsteps they keep their own and new Treasure color. I talked about this another thing in BABYMONSTER's videos a lot... that their debut and the whole preparation seems like the whole YG history was coming to that moment and Yang Hyun Suk is combining basically everything possible. We can see similar thing here with Treasure and them paying the homage to previous YG artists. It would be really epic if we got a collab song between BABYMONSTER and Treasure!! Probably not the whole group, but that would be epic as well! But I hope at least for something like "cross over unit" for example HyunSuk, Haruto, Yoshi and Ruka with Asa (basically a rap unit...) or make it a bit bigger and put there JiHoon and JeongWoo and from BABYMONSTER Ahyeon with Haram or Chiquita (for example..., I would take anyone else, for example Rora with her voice would be interesting to see with JiHoon and JeongWoo).

WiseSmellyLegs

Regarding Lee Young Hyun and her feature on G.O.A.T! This is also a big throwback to the old school YG times! Her group Big Mama was under M.Boat Entertainment. And that was a label specializing in R&B, which debuted singers such as Wheesung, Gummy, Wanted and already mentioned Big Mama. And although the label didn't start immediately as a subsidiary of YG (if I remember correct), they really early on started to collaborate with YG and soon after that they became YG's subsidiary and later on the label was absorbed into YG that its artists were known as YG artists. For example during the BIGBANG pre-debut documentary, when there were interviews with YG artists, Big Mama members were included as well and they were mentioned as: "YG artists". So Lee Young Hyun's feature here is not just a "random feature" to have some R&B singer here!

Reboot was laced with something cus it had me crying my ass off during my first listen lmfao also its nice seeing two Treasure songs make it to your list. One of their goals as artists is to bring comfort through their music. To bring some sort of solace into our lives. glad to witness it all unfold beside myself lol personally, I think reboot fits treasure perfectly. they were able to add their own charm and color. presenting themselves in a new light that allows everyone to shine. saying it with my full chest that Reboot IS Treasure coded. now to my favorite tracks; b.o.m.b, the way to, and wonderland are very special to me. especially bomb! the layering goes crazy

leen

PD! They just released the teaser for TMap 3! It starts Sep 1st, I’m so excited! 😭

7Chillxx__

They will release an MV for BOMB! 😭😭😭😭😭😭

Redclover

I'm never feel disappointed with Treasure's album. My most favorite song for the whole album is THE WAY TO. That song left a lingering feeling in my heart. Something make you a little bit regret but still comfort. Treasure is always a healing Kpop group to me. All other songs are super great too.

Shara Padilla

The high notes in MOVE went like this Junkyu: show me your move, yeah, Yeah Yeah Jihoon: 깨고 싶지 않아 baby Junkyu: Count it, four, five, six까지 춤 좀 더 격해져 sounds like boom Jihoon: 절대 지워지지 않을 꿈 Let's take it 더 높이 to the moon

Shara Padilla

Junkyu truly made a statement in this album, having the most composer credits and finally getting the chance to showcase his vocals. MOVE is so vocally dynamic, something I’ve been wanting to hear in Treasure’s music. B.O.M.B. is magical in music, tones, and the lyrics. I Want Your Love and Wonderland being among the faves within the fandom? His versatility is insane!

Lia

PD I hope u check treasures TMI episodes esp for Reboot era they r short and can be watched out of order they give a lot of insight of their production process

fien

"I'm trying not to make the commentary to long" Why do you think we are here PD? We want to hear your thoughts as much as possible :p

fien

When I listened to REBOOT album for the first time, I got to 'I want your Love' and almost cried because of how good it was! Such title track material!! I then skipped all the songs to immediately listen to Lovesick because Yamai (lovesick jp version) is srsly one of my favorite treasure songs ever. I get to the outro and just start bawling my eyes out haha I was overwhelmed with how proud I was of Treasure, how immensely talented they are and how much I love them and their music. There will never be another group for me like Treasure 💙 I love them so so much
