Tania

Extraordinary attorney woo! It’s so good

Alex C

The glory is a really great show and has the one guy from hotel de luna

Sophie

Mali

The smile has left your eyes

Jana Bcles

The glory! I know you love a good studio dragon drama 🙃

megaljibe

Please watch Moving!!

ghoulshima

The Glory is amazing, but quite dark so be aware of that ig. Legend of the Blue Sea is one of my personal favs, but it's slightly older so you might've seen it already. otherwise, a long time ago you mentioned you hadn't seen Goblin, so if that's still true that's def a recommendation!

Meg Casiple

Business proposal - pretty easy watch and hilarious Hospital playlist - my personal healing drama. It has comedy but can get emotional (often) Celebrity - more serious and dramatic

Nell ♡

extraordinary attorney woo or the glory

rockthekazb0t

Tbh, I'd personally recommend going down to just one drama at a time like the old Patreon days to ease the workload a bit and so people (and you) can savor each drama but that's just me 😅

Mali

Save Me

h

mask girl!!! just came out on netflix & it’s the latest hyped kdrama in korea right now

Gracie828

Jirisan! Really good show with some great twists and turns.

jiminycricket

I feel like its a shot in the dark but Idol the Coup with Hani from EXID, Exy from WJSN, and Solbin from Laboum. It’s about an old idol group who try to regain fame again after a failed career.

Mali

Love to Hate You

Isabella N.

if you want something similar to the intense kind of shows you already like: the glory. if you want another goofy but emotional and kinda dark studio dragon show: uncanny counter. or if you want something different from your regular shows that leans more into the lighthearted/romance aspect: business proposal

Kayleejay

Extraordinary Attorney Woo! It’s such a healing show

Mali

One ordinary day

minkit

Mouse (I will always suggest this knowing it will likely never happen. My #2 favorite series of all time, not just kdrama) The Eighth Sense (another one I dont ever think will happen but it is BEAUTIFUL. Stunning. A korean BL with 10 30-40 min episodes. Very artsy and indie feeling. My absolute favorite) D.P. (s2 just came out but its a fairly short show still. I enjoyed it quite a bit. Heavy topic like Mouse)

Deanora

Tale of the nine tailed or uncanny counters

Saerom Kim

Reply 1988! my best k-drama of all time

B

Let’s replace a feminist show with another feminist show…Little Women

billie27

Noem

Because we're going into autumn/winter, I would say these: -Mouse -My Mister My personal fave of the year is the drama Divorce Attorney Shin, it's not gonna get recommended probably but I really really want to push it cause it's awesome!

DaximiousCMV

Extraordinary Attorney Woo or The Uncanny Counter for something more action-oriented or Business Proposal for something light-hearted.

Taxi driver, extracurricular, the glory or duty after school!

holls

Big Mouth (Disney+) and The Glory (Netflix) are my top suggestions but they are both quite thrillery/dark at times so if you’re looking for something less intense Our Beloved Summer is a funny lighthearted romance :)

Among the ones previously suggested, The glory, Save me, The smile has left your eyes, are one of my favorites. They are all in the dramatic genre and really worth watching but in my opinion The glory fits more for a reaction channel

KD

I would love to watch you watch Extraordinary Attorney Woo because you recently opened up to us about your autism. Since autism has such a large spectrum, it is always interesting to hear different people on the spectrums' thoughts on the shows. I personally really loved the show and related a lot to the MC but that doesn't mean everyone does so I'd love to hear your perspective.

Yan J.

Moving, it's so good

Shiyun

Mouse, Beyond Evil, The Glory, Revenant, Reborn Rich, Taxi Driver

Maria

1) My Mister - bc I KNOW you will get soo much out of it. it’s a perfect show to watch in the fall and IU crushes the role. 2) SKY Castle - I still need you to see it. I know you wanted to take a break from doing a show like Penthouse but it’s written even better than Penthouse and the ensemble is soo good (same writer director duo as Snowdrop). 3) The Glory - shorter and really good. 4) D.P - shorter as well and also really good. 5) Taxi Driver (I haven’t seen this one but have heard great things about it) there’s 2 Seasons.

CJ

I'd go with Moving or Uncanny Counter. ☺️

CJ

Tale of the Nine Tailed, esp season 2 was really good. Heartbeat ☺️

Gustavo Ramos

i have mixed feelings about the show (for some context, i am not autistic but my brother and mom are), but overall i thought it was cute and a pretty good step forward for autistic representation in korea. definitely an interesting show for pd (and blaire) to react to

kinara

the glory

AudreyEClaires

Little Women or See you in my 19th Life! These 2 are my favs and the plots are fantastic!

Cheeryfiz

"Extraordinary attorney woo" was such a cute and fun show and I genuinely had the best time watching it last summer it was literally the highlight of my Wednesdays. It was also really informational too as the main charecter is autistic, a lot of the show was really eye opening and makes you think. Another good one is "The Glory" I watched this show for the first time 2 months ago and istg I've rewatched it 4 times since, it's just that good. I've never felt more engaged in a shows mystery before besides "Erased". Usually I'm just passively watching waiting for the charecters to make the discovery but this show actually had me trying to guess the plot lines.

V

please watch red velvets yeri drama “bitch x rich” it’s so good!

Clover S

I would say: "Extraordinary Attorney Woo" "Nevertheless" "The Glory" "Run On"

unqve

please watch Extraordinary Attorney Woo. it’s on netflix and it’s also a law drama

flowerbit

I think you both would really enjoy ‘Reborn Rich’. I think it’s satisfying in the same way that Vincenzo was. And honestly it really pulled at my heart strings as well. It’s another Song Joon Ki lead drama. other than that, I think you’d enjoy ‘Extraordinary Attorney Woo’. IMO, it gets kind of slow at parts. But I think overall it’s very enjoyable. And it’s based around lawyer stuff so that’s always fun to watch for me personally

Kiah Elsie

The glory and extraordinary attorney woo :)

kiko

I think uncanny counter us a great watch. Sejeong is also in it and she fid an amazing job. Very fun and interesting ,I think you'll like it

No I just had to change mine. My Mister is a absolute must

Im Jubal

Mouse Moving The glory

Im Jubal

Mouse - 2021- Suspense - Mystery Synopsis: Jung Ba-Reum (Lee Seung-Gi) is a rookie police officer, working at a police substation. He is an honest person and tries to attain justice. He faces a psychopath murderer, who places the entire nation in fear. Jung Ba-Reum's life is totally changed afterwards. Honestly this show is so incredible, it has so many twist and turns. Overall a 10/10, every episode is entertaining. Literally no boring episodes, it’s kinda like flower of evil with how they made you feel knowing that Lee Joongi was Do Hyun Soo while the rest of the characters didn’t. It had more shocking plot points, they don’t show you too much gore but it’s still violent. Actually it’s more like penthouse in terms of how crazy it gets, but with out the ridiculousness that was penthouse season 2,3. It’s just AMAZING overall 10/10. I went into this show with the biggest spoiler and was still thoroughly entertained. It’s a must watch!!!!!

Wiktor

Arcane - on Netflix.

Maimona Mendy

I would recommend Mr. Queen and/or Taxi Driver. Mr. Queen is hilarious and only one season, while Taxi Driver is very exciting and two seasons.

Isabel

Beyond Evil (i think you've thought about watching it for drama club previously) It's so beautiful, Although a bit heavy in the subject matter but it's still one of my favourites

DJ

Moving on Hulu!

bravemoomoo

Moving or if you are ok with subjects about mental health then Tomorrow

GraceH

I don’t know if this would pertain to Drama Club, but, since you watched Alice in Borderland, would you consider watching One Piece on Netflix (if you haven’t already watched it!)? I know it’s an American show (I think? It’s not dubbed and it’s all in English as far as I can tell), but I didn’t know if you’d consider it since it’s also based on an anime! I totally understand if it doesn’t meet the qualifications or if you just want to watch it on your own time (or not at all!)!

stacie yuh

happiness is a good one if you want a halloween/october one. business proposal, the glory, and if you wish upon me

Hmm honestly I wish these "polls" would be for autumn only or at least summer. This is just not it... so much spam with people making 20 comments. Anyways, haven't made a suggestion yet so probably Moving, The Glory or Reborn Rich.

please post the monthly schedule before the first of the month so people know if they want to renew or not.

Judy

It really depends on want you want to watch: - Extraordninary attorney woo: really great characters, fun yet heartwarming, talks a lot about society it's problems - Rain and Shine/Just between Lovers: personally love this one, talks a lot about trauma and how we deal with it - Reborn Rich: time travel/fantasy element, really cool characters, ending wasn't that great tho - Under the Skin: chinese crime drama, really interesting, about an painter that becomes a sketch artist for the police, no romance - Healer: old but gold, action crime drama, one of my most re-watched dramas :)

rockthekazb0t
>>116684833

Yeah, some people are getting excessive posting one suggestion per post like 15 times in a row like they're in a chat room or something - instead of just putting everything all in ONE post (you can edit your posts, FYI!) All it does is completely overwhelm the replies and makes it less likely PD or Blaire will see everything And also, I do actually remember that drama suggestions used to be an Autumn tier or higher perk

Aurayaya
>>116684833

Really seems like a reoccuring problem. At least that's how I've perceived it in the past. I wish we could find a better solution for it, since it wouldn't even be hard to just let autumn/summer tier only get access to the post, so that at least the sheer amount of people is a little less. Seeing 250+ comments - with the majority of it being without any real substance - is just overwhelming me and making me want to not even bother suggesting anything. It gets drowned anyway. I'd rather have less people that give meaningful suggestions and why they would like it than random spam in capital letters. I just can't

raine

my mister, beyond evil, hospital playlist !

Beagoldfish

Probably too late but I agree with the comments suggesting extraordinary attorney woo! It was the first k-drama I actually watched all the way through on my own (not watching other people’s reactions)

GraceH
>>116684833

I completely understand your frustration, but I think allowing everyone to make suggestions is a good thing because then people might choose to upgrade their subscription if they know that a show they like might get chosen (or does end up getting chosen)! I totally get being overwhelmed but I think it’s great for more people to feel included and possibly upgrade!

Nikki

Extraordinary attorney woo is so good !

SyrupEatingPancake

Dr Romantic is one of my favourite k-drama's I would definitely recommend it! It brings up some very interesting moral questions :)
