he sounds like justin timberlake more than bieber

A lot of people are saying that 3D gives Justin Timberlake vibes and others are saying Usher and with you saying Justin Bieber, I would have to say that they’re all under the same umbrella. And it’s no surprise that all three of these artist are heavily inspired by Michael Jackson. So they’re in the same family. 3D very much gives the vibes of early 2000s R&B. The water hydrant scene was done so many times back then from Beyoncé to Usher and everyone in between. Dancing in the rain/water is ingrained in the fabric of old school R&B music videos. So 3D felt like a tribute even from the opening scene where Jungkook is in the all white suit, that’s a classic R&B MV outfit. It was very nostalgic and in an interview Jungkook said this song was for the people who miss and relate to loving the music of the early 2000s. He hit the nail on the head with the concept and song. Very proud of him and everything he’s doing with his sound. Someone said Jungkook is in his Disney star, breaking out of the PG kid friendly mold. And it’s true he’s trying to shred his softer image and have people see his as a grown adult not just the youngest with the big bright eyes and childlike wonder. This is his Miley Cyrus Can’t Be Tamed era. It’s funny though because he still has a baby face to me so it’s like no matter what he’s just still cute but I respect what he’s doing. Jungkook said he was going to release two singles and then an EP. So seven and now 3D are the singles. And with his solo album being a mini album, we can already know 2 of the 5 - 6 songs. It’s safe to assume that there will be a title track so I’m assuming will get 3 B sides. Can’t wait for his EP! Then my BTS solo album collection will be complete.

yeah, cause justin bieber was mentored by Usher and he had a choice between Timberlake and Usher, but he liked Usher's style more and didn't want to be known as "Little Justin". And also, it's funny since Jungkook is known for liking Usher and Justin Bieber (idk if he ever mentioned Justin Timberlake).

JK in his Justin Timberlake era

I’m not sure if this makes sense, but to me 3D is to Seven what Butter was to Dynamite. I love it and find it much more interesting to listen to, but I think Seven is more palatable to the general public and will be more successful commercially.

This song is fire! I love what JK is doing. I look forward to the album. The man is doing his thang. So proud of him. No problem with JH.

Not gonna lie, I do not like Jack on this. His rap is cringy and weird. Leaves me thinking what went through Jack's mind, especially since 3D comes after Seven and Latto was absolutely FIRE on that. I'm so happy there's an alternative version, because I really can't bother listening to Jack. Perhaps English not being my first language there's a lot of things I that goes right over my head, however I can't get over how bad it sounds. But I'm very excited for JK's album, I'm expecting it to be a mature sound, since I got the feeling that JK is trying to shake of the Maknae vibe that clings to him like a koala. He will probably never get it of completely, however based on some people's reaction, it does seems like it's about time he remind people of his actual age.
