You can focus and you can be the focus, you can shine and be mesmerized by the shine. This subject empowerment and self-care file starts with a description of a simple crystal and leads you on a short journey of balance, self-discovery, and personal charisma.

This file was heavily filtered by discord as it was first recorded, and has some interesting tonal qualities that may affect your listening experience in strange and powerful ways.

This file was so helpful! I had this image of all these random thoughts written on a windshield and as I hit the switch to wash the windows the wipers washed them all away which allowed me to sink super deep and reorganize my thoughts to more supportive ways of thinking about myself. Definately feel like I have achieved a new type of mental balance.
