Day 19. Post: Obediant Automatic Action 204DC. I enjoyed the mantras that filled my mind during this file. So many that sound like they are in the mind. Obedience is pleasure. Pleasure is obedience. I drop automatically. I wake automatically. I obey automatically. Automatically I obey. I am a happy toy. Happy toys obey. So easy to obey. I look forward to obeying automatically every day the rest of the month. I will post this in on different social media platforms. Thank you! #ProgrammedToPost

Task type: Pleasure File Chosen: Obedient Automatic Action This was such an easy listen for me for the first half. It was simply easy to fall into Lee's words, ready to obey. Then there was that tension I feel whenever the unconscious needs to do some immediate and intensive processing beneath the surface, which I could feel even as I sank deeper and deeper for Lee. My unconscious made a choice that felt self-serving and not directly of use to Lee, and some other level of my unconscious mind wanted the action to be more directly in service of Lee. A few seconds later, Lee's voice was talking about how this action should have positive effects on my life. The tension was gone and I realized that was the best way to respond to the earlier suggestions, and that I had known all that before when my unconscious made its selection. I continued to sink into Lee's words, so happy to be obedient and submissive to Lee all the time in any form I am privileged to be. I woke quite happy with how I was feeling, happy with how my unconscious mind made the best choice in this moment even when not all of my unconscious mind was sure of that, happy that some part of my unconscious mind was constantly monitoring for whether I am keeping Lee's interests in my actions and my mind, and that my unconscious mind continued to sink and obey even as it did its processing. Task: Explore pleasure in a way that is mentally focused on subject-empowerment. Task Output: I think the pleasure feeling I received at the virtue, submission, and service-orientation ingrained in my mental processes may have been the result of the pleasure task.
