Your task is:

From now on you will be kneeling every day while contemplating something that I choose for you. For today, spend 5 minutes kneeling while contemplating how obedience is pleasure. For the rest of the month, add a minute a day. If kneeling is difficult for you, make whatever accommodations you need to in order to fulfill the spirit of this task. If no new focus is given each day, then default to contemplating how obedience is pleasure. When you are done kneeling, comment on this post with any observations or revelations you've had while kneeling.
