Brain Vacation (109DC) (Patreon)

2025 begins with a 5 Friday month! And what better way to start a new year than with a little vacation for your brain? In this self-care file, I invite you to embrace being kind to yourself and to interact with other compassionately, as you learn to just not notice the negative things around you.
