Accept, Reject, Adjust - Subject Agency in Hypnosis Sessions (Patreon)

Today's release is not a trance.

Please enjoy this short lesson on subject agency - specifically on how to accept, reject, or adjust suggestions given to you while you are in trance. The lesson also covers how to address a lack confidence in your ability to use your "mind's eye" to visualize things while in trance.

This file has no trance! And also, maybe you'd like to watch a spiral while listening despite that: https://www.dropbox.com/scl/fi/9ngud3beyxcmbgv63fx7r/accept-reject-adjust-FINAL.mp4?rlkey=1v83iagxyy0pqbemm5n94oxrh&st=fcgg6rld&dl=0
