If you've experienced in person sessions as well as audios/online sessions, youtube videos, etc,  How different was your experience between in person and anything else?

Did you respond more positively one way or the other? What can you share about the differences?

To begin with, I'd echo what Jonathan said. All of those things enhance the experience. I've also found that it challenges my skills as a subject, because the immediacy gets me more tuned in to what I can do to enhance the hypnotist's experience as well, and not just my own.
