Spring Cleaning (308DC) (Patreon)

Give your mind a good spray and sweep, until all the things cluttering your corners can be blown away.

This subject empowerment file encourages your unconscious mind to clean out the things you don't need in your mind and prevent them from sticking again using metaphors of cleaning supplies and renewal.

There is also a small suggestion that things you're not sure you need to hold onto can be set aside until you know for sure whether or not you need them.
